O turismo se revela como atividade estratégica, para as cidades. Em decorrência de seu patrimônio, Florianópolis também conta com este segmento. Contudo, por ser uma ilha, o seu sistema de transporte e mobilidade urbana, sofre uma sobrecarga adicional na temporada de verão e nas férias escolares, trazendo uma série de dificuldades de locomoção. Este artigo investiga a perspectiva de elaborar um roteiro turístico que apoie a mobilidade ativa, com atenção ao acesso universal e de vivências no espaço urbano. Para tanto, apoiou-se em uma base conceitual e desenvolveu-se um estudo para mapear a problemática e propor solução aos problemas. As conclusões apontam que a criação de uma rua compartilhada, estimulam o turismo, a valorização, a experiencia e a sustentabilidade local.
