The physical effort, in its different aspects, has permanently conditioned the development of the human being. By means of doing physical exercise, the human beings expresses themselves and are trained. In the process of personality formation, the age of adolescence, including the prolonged adolescence, is very important. This age is characterized by the elan of the body, the elan of the heart, the birth of the personal thinking and the discovery of the world of values (after Debesse, M. quoted by Epuran, M., Horghidan, V., 1994), being the period when the personality affirms and confirms its value. Adolescence is an extremely demanding period both on the physical and psychical level. The study tackles female highschool adolescents and female students. The female adolescents, mainly those starting their student life, have to prove and also to prove to themselves the fact they are efficient, productive, well trained professionals, they have a good social image, allowing them to integrate in a different society groups. The present paper tries to set an existent connection between practising sports activities and becoming aware of the emotions by the female adolescents. The research starts from the premise stating that by means of these activities the female adolescents can increase their adaptive capacity and can control more efficiently the emotions emerging as a consequence of the harmful influences of a civilisation characterized by nervous exhaustion. Emotional intelligence includes 4 types of abilities: to perceive emotions, to use, to understand and manage emotions. According to Raven Bar-Ons opinion (Mihaela Roco, 2004), emotional intelligence refers to being aware of ones own emotions, optimism, respect/consideration for ones own person, self-making, independence. The use of methods to objectify the specific activities of athletes in training and competitions is not a problem studied to its true extent in wrestling. Measuring and evaluating the predictability components of competitive performance in this sport is even more important given the fact that in free and Greco-roman wrestling the elaboration of models has never been easy, due to the unquantifiable performance that performers have to achieve. Therefore, the issue is the most important field of research in the current stage in sports wrestling, before becoming an operational tool available to practitioners. The transformation of these components into figures allows obtaining results that can define the weight and impact they have in creating training and competitive models, selection models, planning, control and evaluation of the efficiency of training methods and especially the establishment of a battery of tests, usually validated by the method of factor analysis, to support periodic improvements by assimilating the progress in knowledge. From this point of view, we proposed the elaboration of the action strategy in order to increase the efficiency and highlight some components of the specific physical training model, whose materialization at the level of junior athletes decisively influenced the training activity, as a premise in obtaining the performance goals. Our experimental approach took place at the Dinamo Bucharest Sports Club, where the junior sports of the club and the national junior team trained. The training of the junior wrestlers from the Greco-roman style according to the parameters of the specific physical training model foreshadowed by us, demonstrated its efficiency and led to the modeling of the wrestling behavior and performance compatible with that of high-performance wrestlers.
This paper aims to highlight aspects regarding the body weight distribution on the inferior limbs so as to render objective the youth’s deficient attitudes. The study’s objective is to compare the plantar pressure parameters in static and dynamic balance for subjects with scoliosis and healthy subjects. It is considered that subjects with scoliosis attitude have a different map of the plantar pressure than healthy ones. The presented data in this study are initials, the research being underway. Research is conducted according to the schedule: pretest-kinetic application programs- posttest. Postural assessment is performed with the purpose of diagnosing the mechanical loads deviations from the pelvis and spine in order to optimize the kinetic programs by basketball specific means. The introduction of the basketball means in the kinetic programs was made in order to diversify the classic exercises for prevention /recovery of the deficient spine attitudes. The techniques process of the basketball game, seen as a associated means of physical therapy, represents an innovative approach to postural prevention. In this regard, PedarX system was used, which measures the interaction between the foot, shoe and ground through sensors. The data transmitted are observed in real time on the screen, followed by an analysis of the data. The Pedar X system adds dates regarding distribution of the foot pressures to kinematics analysis. These pieces of information are particularly useful in evaluation of the dynamics movement, also posture. The results obtained showed that the shape of the plantar surface and of the stability area size in scoliosis subjects is modified compared to the plantar pressure map for healthy subjects.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
