Kurzfassung
Digitale Zwillinge bieten vielfältige Potenziale in Produktionssystemen. Die zielgerichtete Planung und Implementierung basieren auf dem jeweiligen Anwendungsfall und den dabei einzubeziehenden Informationen, Modellen und Systemen. Zur Vereinfachung dieser Prozesse wird in diesem Beitrag ein Rahmenwerk aufgezeigt, welches die eindeutige Zuordnung und Abgrenzung verschiedener Digitaler Zwillinge ermöglicht. Die Anwendung wird anhand beispielhafter Szenarien verdeutlicht.
Kurzfassung
Additive Fertigung (AF) ist der Überbegriff von Fertigungsverfahren, bei denen das Werkstück element- oder schichtweise produziert wird. Zur energieeffizienten Produktion mit AF ist der Energieaufwand zum Einsatz der AF in Produktionssystemen zu ermitteln. Der Beitrag stellt ein Modell zur Beschreibung des Energieaufwands der AF in Produktionssystemen vor und erläutert eine Methode zur Analyse des Energieaufwands der AF in Produktionssystemen.
