The use of the novel fenestrated stent graft system in patients with hostile aortic aneurysmal morphology is feasible with acceptable short-term outcomes.
The Anaconda fenestrated stent graft device can be used for the repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms with hostile anatomy and has acceptable immediate and short-term results.
Corrected diameters were smaller than axial diameters, could be measured with higher repeatability, and were subject to less interobserver variability. Using corrected versus axial measurements would have changed management decisions in up to half of the cases in this study.
