This paper describes a software and hardware analytical complex of spectral characteristics. The analysis complex includes the research of the signals with the ability to create a database for identification. Analysis of the spectral characteristics by using special instruments - spectrum analyzer. Presents the results of the evaluation of scientific and practical significance of the software developed. Spectral data multichannel analyzer spectrum was obtained with DAQ-device National Instruments.
To establish intelligent traffic system,using better traffic flow monitoring methods is its primary task, in the paper proceed from the actual situation, proposed several methods such as based on the ground sense coil monitoring, ultrasonic monitoring and video image monitoring, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods, finally, applying these methods to a reasonable application of occasions.
For the high order, unstable, multivariable, nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics, robust stability is an important indicator of inverted pendulum system. In this paper an LQR robust controller of inverter pendulum system is designed. The simulation and the experimental results showed that the stability of the robust LQR controller is better than the original LQR controller. When the system departure counterpoise for all kinds of reasons, it get back equilibrium state without depleting any energy, and approach state of equilibrium of all state component.
