Hindu religious education is the implementation and internalization of values originating from the Vedic scriptures and other Hindu religious scriptures. One of the Hindu religious scripture that teaches about how to shape the behavior of superhuman children is the Nitisastra. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of Hindu religious educational values in the Nitisastra scripture to shape the behavior of the superhuman children. The method used is qualitative research, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and literature study. The results of the study show that Nitisastra contains knowledge about noble values and views of life in society that are worthy of being used as a way of life. In a family, naturally someone yearns for the birth of an ideal son according to the teachings of Hinduism, namely the son of suputra. A child who is virtuous, intelligent, wise, and proud of his family can be called a son of a son. The Nitisastra scripture can be used as a guide for parents to educate their children, because nowadays there are many cases of children who do not respect their parents. The Nitisastra scripture explains that the role of the family (father and mother) is to educate and shape the behavior of the sons of suputra so that one day they will be able to become the next generation.
Masalah lingkungan telah terjadi hampir di seluruh pelosok dunia, hal ini terjadi karena dalam kehidupan sehari-hari manusia bertindak tanpa menggunakan etika dan moral terhadap lingkungan. Penanaman dan pengembangan nilai moral lingkungan dilakukan melalui pendidikan lingkungan yang berorientasi pada kearifan lokal. Lontar sebagai hasil karya sastra tradisional merupakan salah satu kearifan lokal masyarakat Bali bahkan Nusantara. Lontar yang merepresentasikan nilai-nilai luhur alam dan lingkungan yang dijunjung tinggi oleh masyarakat Bali, salah satunya adalah lontar Kuttara Kanda Dewa Purana Bangsul. Cerita lontaran Kuttara Kanda Dewa Purana Bangsul mengandung simbol dominan terkait ekologi yang kemudian menghasilkan kajian masalah lingkungan, dan cerita lontar Kuttara Kanda Dewa Purana Bangsul mengangkat kehidupan sosial-ekologis masyarakat Bali melalui pengungkapan pendidikan. nilai-nilai di dalamnya sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan berbasis lingkungan untuk mengatasi krisis lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Dalam lontar Kuttara Kanda Dewa Purana Bangsul dikisahkan bahwa Hyang Pasupati sebagai tokoh utama dapat diamati dari intensitas keterlibatan dalam cerita, cerita dalam naskah ini berlatar lingkungan alam Bali. Amanat yang terkandung dalam cerita lontar Kuttara Kanda Dewa Purana Bangsal adalah sikap bakti kepada para dewa. Fungsi teks Kuttara Kanda Dewa Purana Bangsul dapat disimpulkan bahwa penempatan dewata di lingkungan alam Bali berdampak pada terjalinnya hubungan baik antara manusia dengan Tuhan yang terbagi menjadi fungsi religi dan etika. Nilai pendidikan lingkungan dalam cerita Kuttara Kanda Dewa Purana Bangsul berupa upaya pelestarian lingkungan fisik melalui konsep Sad Krti meliputi: girikrti, wanakrti, sagarakrti, ranukrti, swikrti, dan Jagatkrti.
Education for human life is an absolute need to be fulfilled and plays a very important role in the preservation of cultural heritage. Art is a cultural heritage. In Pemecutan Kelod Village, Denpasar City, there is a sacred art, namely the Gandrung dance which is staged during the piodalan series at the Dalem Majapahit Temple. Only boys can dance. The problems discussed are 1) How is the Gandrung Dance Performance Procession as a Media for Hindu Religious Education at Pura Dalem Majapahit Br. Munang Maning Pemecutan Kelod Village, Denpasar City? 2) What are the factors behind the Gandrung Dance Performance as a Hindu Religious Education Media at Pura Dalem Majapahit, Br. Munang Maning Pemecutan Kelod Village, Denpasar City? 3) What educational values are contained in the Gandrung dance performance as a Hindu Religious Education Media at Pura Dalem Majapahit Br. Munang Maning Pemecutan Kelod Village, Denpasar City?. This research is classified as qualitative research. Data were obtained by using data collection methods, observations, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive methods at the stages of reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate: 1) Gandrung dance performances at Pura Dalem Majapahit, namely: patching gelungan gandrung, wearing make-up, pawintenan, ngaturang bhakti, wearing gelungan, mecaru, mesolah and pemuput. 2) The factors behind the performance of the Gandrung dance can be seen from the function of adaptation, goal achievement, integration, and latency. 3) Hindu religious education values contained in the Gandrung Dance Performance: (a) skill values, (b) ethical values, (c) aesthetic values, (d) cultural preservation values, (e) love values.
