This research was conducted to reveal Hindu nurse services at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. As the largest hospital in Bali, RSUP Sanglah Denpasar has sufficient, safe, reliable, sophisticated facilities with the support of qualified and experienced human resources and has received various awards both national and international should be able to provide services to patients by upholding human dignity in services, education, and research. This phenomenon is a problem that requires an applicable solution and a formula for hospital services regarding nursing care for patients at the Sanglah Central General Hospital, Denpasar, Bali. Research on Hindu nurse services at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar was completed by qualitative methods. All primary data were collected directly at Sanglah General Hospital using participatory observation techniques and in-depth interview techniques. Obtaining data is complemented by the results of literature studies on scientific papers and books on nursing. All data were analyzed qualitatively using social practice theory, service management theory, and reception theory. The results showed that the Hindu nurse service at Sanglah Hospital was not optimal due to the habitus factor, the dominance factor of the structure, and the doxa factor in providing services to Sanglah Hospital patients.
Background: Level knowledge is the result sensing human or result know someone towards an object in oder to know different once with trust, superstition, and are fallible. Where as behavior is action or deed an organism observable even learning. Diabetes Mellitus is disease metabolic to characteristic of hiperglikemia which occurs because abnormality secretion insulin, work insulin or whether both research aims to know relations level knowledge by behavior diet in patiens diabetes mellitus in Polyclinic Internal in Rumah Sakit Tingkat II Udayana. Method: This research uses descriptive correlation design with cross sectional approach, the number of samples cases wholly is 30 respondents taken by means consecutive sampling. Analyzed data in bivariat by test spearman rho. Results: The result showed that most respondent having a level knowledge enough, namely 15 people (50,0%) and behavior diet enough, namely 17 people (56,7%). The result analysis bivariat obtained value p=0,000 < ? (0,05) with price r count (0,683) > r table (0,361). Conclusion: Concluded that a significant relation exists between the level of knowledge in patiens with the diet of diabetes mellitus, where by a level close correlation coefficient is a strong positive correlation.Key words: Knowledge; Behavior; Diabetes Mellitus
In line with reforms in the health sector, Sanglah General Hospital in Denpasar continues to improve the quality of its services to satisfy patients. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality variables on the satisfaction of inpatients care at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. The type of this study was a cross-sectional study with 78 respondents of Askes patients who were hospitalized or their families at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. The research sample was taken through a purposive sampling technique according to the inclusion criteria. The variables of this study consisted of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy as independent variables and patient satisfaction as the dependent variable. The instrument of this study was a questionnaire with a 5 level Likert scale measurement. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the dimensions of service have a significant simultaneous effect on patient satisfaction. Next partially three dimensions of service: Responsiveness. Assurance and Empathy have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Askes patients. The dominant free variable is Responsiveness. It is suggested that the tangible and reliability service dimensions can be implemented consistently to satisfy patients.
