Đến Tòa soạn: 18/10/2012; Chấp nhận đăng: 27/8/2013 TÓM TẮTHiệu quả khử khuẩn của dung dịch hoạt hóa điện hóa Supowa đã được xác định đối với các vi khuẩn chủng quốc tế E.Coli (ATCC®14169™ ), S. aureus (ATCC®25923™), Salmonella (ATCC®25241™) và L.monocytogenes (ATCC®7644™). Khi có mặt peptone 0,1 %, các vi khuẩn trên ở mật độ 10 8 CFU/ml bị tiêu diệt hoàn toàn sau 2 phút tiếp xúc với dung dịch Supowa có nồng độ chất ôxy hóa 50 mg/l (tính tương đương với clo hoạt tính). Khi khử trùng bề mặt bàn inox và rổ nhựa, hiệu quả khử khuẩn của phương pháp sử dụng Supowa tốt hơn nhiều so với phương pháp thường qui (p < 0,05). Trong trường hợp khử trùng bạch tuộc nguyên liệu, Supowa thể hiện hiệu quả khử trùng tốt hơn phương pháp thường qui nhưng chưa rõ rệt (p > 0,05). Dung dịch Supowa được đề xuất sử dụng làm tác nhân khử trùng thay thế Ca(OCl) 2 trong chế biến thủy sản.Từ khóa: khử trùng thủy sản, chế biến bạch tuộc, hoạt hóa điện hóa, dung dịch Supowa MỞ ĐẦUSử dụng các phương pháp vệ sinh khử trùng hiệu quả các bề mặt tiếp xúc và bán thành phẩm trong đây chuyền chế biến đóng vai trò quyết định đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm trong sản phẩm thủy sản. Bên cạnh các chế phẩm khử trùng truyền thống, trong những năm gần đây dung dịch điện hoạt hóa nước muối loãng (có các tên gọi khác nhau Anolyte, EOWelectrolyzed oxidizing water, AEW -activive electrolyzed water...) đã được nghiên cứu sử dụng làm chế phẩm khử trùng trong chế biến thủy sản do đặc tính hiệu lực diệt khuẩn cao, thân thiện với con người và môi trường của nó. Mukhina L. B. và các đồng nghiệp [1] khẳng định rằng dung dịch này là một chất khử trùng rất hữu hiệu để diệt các loại vi khuẩn Enterobacter cloaceae, Baccillus cereus, Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus aureus trên bề mặt tiếp xúc với sản phẩm trong chế biến thủy sản như gạch men, tấm nhựa, thép không gỉ. Kết quả nghiên cứu của Melekhin D.V và các cộng sự [2] đã cho thấy rửa cá và làm đông lạnh bằng nước đá được điều chế bằng chế phẩm này cho phép gia tăng thời hạn bảo quản các sản phẩm cá lên 30 -50 % ở nhiệt độ từ 0 đến -2 0 C. Ozer và Demirci [3] đã tìm ra rằng khi xử lí nguyên liệu và fillet cá hồi
Mục tiêu: (1) Đánh giá kết quả điều trị can thiệp lấy huyết khối bằng dụng cụ cơ học Solitaire ở bệnh nhân nhồi máu não tối cấp. (2)Tìm yếu tố liên quan đến tiên lượng kết cục phục hồi chức năng thần kinh tại sau 3 tháng can thiệp. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả, tiến cứu loạt 35 trường hợp nhồi máu não tối cấp, trong vòng 6 giờ từ khi khởi phát, điều trị bằng phương pháp lấy huyết khối bằng dụng cụ cơ học Solitaire, tại khoa Thần kinh – Đột quỵ, Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Thanh Hóa từ tháng 4/2019 đến tháng 4/ 2020. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình 64.57± 10.20, tỷ lệ nam/nữ 1/1.06, điểm NIHSS trung bình lúc vào viện 13,22 ± 5,38 điểm, trung vị 13 điểm; tăng huyết áp 71.43%, đái tháo đường 25.71%, xơ vữa động mạch lớn 54.29%, rung nhĩ 34.29%, suy tim 20%, bệnh lý van tim 17.14%. Điểm trung vị các thang điểm tiên lượng: ASPECT, HAT, DRAGON, ASTRAL lần lượt là 7, 1, 5, 25 điểm. Dấu hiệu tăng tỷ trọng động mạch não giữa đoạn M1 trên chụp cắt lớp vi tính (CT) chiếm 37.14%. Tắc động mạch cảnh trong kết hợp M1 động mạch não giữa chiếm 28.57%, tắc động mạch não giữa đơn thuần chiếm 62.86%, tắc động mạch thân nền chiếm 8.57%. Nguyên nhân bệnh mạch máu lớn chiếm 51.42%, huyết khối từ tim chiếm 34.29%, nguyên nhân không xác định chiếm 14.29%. Tái thông hoàn toàn (TICI 3) chiếm 42.86%, TICI 2b 17.14%, TICI 2a 20%. Xuất huyết não có triệu chứng chiếm 8.57%, phục hồi chức năng thần kinh tốt sau 3 tháng (mRS 0 – 2) chiếm 34.29%, tử vong sau 3 tháng chiếm 14.29%. Kết luận: Can thiệp lấy huyết khối đường động mạch bằng dụng cụ cơ học Solitaire cho loạt 35 bệnh nhân đột quỵ nhồi máu não tối cấp cửa sổ điều trị dưới 6 giờ, cho thấy thành công về mặt kỹ thuật. Tỷ lệ có tái thông cao (94.29%), trong đó tái thông hoàn toàn đạt 42.86%. Tỷ lệ xuất huyết não có triệu chứng chiếm 8.57%. Mức độ hồi phục chức năng thần kinh tốt (mRS 0 – 2) tại thời điểm 3 tháng đạt 34.29%. Tử vong sau 3 tháng chiếm 14.29%. Cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu để có số liệu đầy đủ hơn trong những năm tiếp theo.
Với người bệnh HIV/AIDS, điều trị bằng thuốc kháng retrovirus (ARV) cần liên tục và suốt đời. Mặc dù các chi phí điều trị hỗ trợ thông qua BHYT và nguồn tài trợ, nhưng người bệnh HIV ở Việt Nam vẫn phải chịu gánh nặng về chi phí tự chi trả cho các dịch vụ khám chữa bệnh nhiễm trùng cơ hội. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được tiến hành tại 6 cơ sở y tế Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh năm 2020” với mục tiêu xác định chi phí tự chi trả của người bệnh điều trị ARV. Kết quả cho thấy, số tiền tự chi trả trung bình cho cho các lần khám ngoại trú liên quan đến HIV/AIDS của mỗi người bệnh là 185.000 đồng/năm. Số tiền trung bình được chi trả cho chăm sóc và điều trị người bệnh nội trú liên quan đến HIV mỗi năm là 37.000 đồng. Người bệnh sử dụng BHYT điều trị ARV/HIV không phải chịu chi phí “thảm họa”.
Nội dung của bài báo sẽ trình bày kết quả nghiên cứu ban đầu về việc sử dụng vật liệu rỗng Vermiculite không chứa vi khuẩn và có chứa vi khuẩn để chế tạo vữa vi sinh để bảo vệ lớp phủ bề mặt bê tông trong hệ thống cống bê tông cốt thép thoát nước thải sinh hoạt. Các tính chất của vữa sẽ được đánh giá trong điều kiện tiêu chuẩn và trong môi trường nước thải. Các kết quả nghiên cứu ban đầu cho thấy, có thể sử dụng vật liệu rỗng vermiculite với hàm lượng từ 0% đến 30% thay thế theo thể tích cát để chế tạo vữa phủ với cường độ uốn ở tuổi 28 ngày đạt trên 5 MPa, cường độ nén của vữa đạt trên 30 MPa.
