This study aims to identify factors and the influence of each factor to the components of employee engagement with enterprises in accommodation and F&B in South Central Coast, Vietnam. The results revealed that there were eight factors, namely "Working environment", "Supervision", "Nature of work", "Corporate social responsibility", "Personal role", "Salary", "Job support", and "Development opportunities" that affected three components of employee engagement. In addition, the results from the structural equation modeling indicate that seven out of the eight factors affected three components of employee engagement without "Corporate social responsibility".
Nhân viên y tế đóng một vai trò quan trọng trong việc cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe trên toàn thế giới. Mục đích của phân tích này nhằm khám phá tác động của sựgắn kết với tổ chức của nhân viên y tế, có kiểm soát các biến số nhân khẩu học, tới mức độ hoàn thành công việc, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh ngành y tế vừa trải qua giai đoạn căng thẳng trong phòng, chống đại dịch Covid-19. Nghiên cứu này sử dụng bộ công cụ đánh giá bệnh viện do Bộ Y tế Việt Nam ban hành, khảo sát 156 nhân viên y tế trực tiếp cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe tại Bệnh viện đa khoa Thái Thụy, tỉnh Thái Bình. Kết quả phân tích bằng mô hình phương trình cấu trúc PLS-SEM chỉ ra rằng, khi sự gắn kết của nhân viên y tế được cải thiện sẽ dẫn đến mức độ hoàn thành công việc cao hơn. Bên cạnh đó, việc nhân viên y tế phải kiêm nhiệm thêm công việc khác sẽ tác động tiêu cực tới mức độ hoàn thành công việc. Điều này ngụ ý rằng, mức độ hoàn thành công việc của nhân viên y tế có thể phụ thuộc rất lớn vào sự gắn kết với tổ chứcvà đơn nhiệm của nhân viên y tế.
