Hội chứng ngưng thở tắc nghẽn khi ngủ và hen phế quản là tình trạng viêm mạn tính đường thở, liên quan với nhau về cơ chế bệnh sinh và có tác động qua lại lẫn nhau. Chúng tôi tiến hành nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 54 trẻ hen phế quản từ 6- 17 tuổi tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương nhằm xác định tỷ lệ ngưng thở tắc nghẽn khi ngủ ở trẻ hen và mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng của nhóm trẻ trên. Chẩn đoán ngưng thở tắc nghẽn khi ngủ bằng đa ký hô hấp. 29/54 (53,7%) trẻ hen tuổi trung bình 8,38 tuổi có ngưng thở tắc nghẽn khi ngủ, trong đó 26/29 (89,65%) trẻ hen bậc 2 trở lên với FENO tăng (21,55 ± 19,0 ppb). 17/29 (58,62%) trẻ hen có ngưng thở tắc nghẽn khi ngủ nhẹ, trẻ hen bậc 3 có tỷ lệ ngưng thở tắc nghẽn khi ngủ trung bình cao hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê (41,38% và 13,79%, p < 0,05). Cần quan tâm đến chẩn đoán ngưng thở tắc nghẽn khi ngủ ở bệnh nhân hen phế quản.
Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang nhằm mô tả phản ứng sau tiêm và hiệu quả bảo vệ của vắc xin COMIRNATY phòng COVID-19 trong vòng 3 tháng sau tiêm ở trẻ em từ 12 - 17 tuổi tại Bệnh viện E. Phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang trên 282 trẻ trong độ tuổi từ 12 - 17 tuổi có bố mẹ là nhân viên y tế công tác tại Bệnh viện E được tiêm vắc xin COMIRNATY phòng COVID-19 từ tháng 10/2021 đến 04/2022. Tỷ lệ phản ứng sau tiêm mũi 1 là 77%; mũi 2 là 65,6%; trong đó các phản ứng thường gặp nhất là sưng đau tại vị trí tiêm, đau mỏi người, đau đầu chiếm tỷ lệ lần lượt là 60,3%; 61%; 29,1% ở mũi 1 và 50,2%; 46,5%; 27,2% ở mũi 2. 100% số trẻ tiêm 2 mũi vắc xin mắc COVID-19 không cần nhập viện điều trị và hồi phục hoàn toàn sau điều trị. Đa số các phản ứng sau tiêm vắc xin COMIRNATY phòng COVID-19 là phản ứng nhẹ và thường diễn ra trong vòng 3 ngày đầu sau tiêm. Tỷ lệ nhập viện, tỷ lệ xuất hiện triệu chứng nặng và tỷ lệ tử vong thấp rõ rệt ở nhóm trẻ đã tiêm 2 mũi vắc xin COMIRNATY phòng COVID-19 khi mắc COVID-19 trong vòng 3 tháng sau tiêm.
