Nghiên cứu nhằm mục đích đánh giá hiệu quả bảo vệ bức xạ của liposome đóng gói resveratrol (RES-Lip). Đầu tiên, Lip-RES được tổng hợp bằng phương pháp hydrate hóa màng lipid kết hợp với sóng siêu âm để giảm kích thước. Khả năng xâm nhập của Lip-RES vào tế bào lympho người và nguyên bào sợi người (tế bào HF) được quan sát bằng kính hiển vi huỳnh quang. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, Lip-RES đã được tổng hợp thành công với kích thước hạt trung bình, chỉ số phân tán, thế zeta, hiệu suất đóng gói, sức tải đạt lần lượt là 103,9 nm, 0,211, -31,9 mV, 92,31%, 8,47%, có dạng hình cầu và có độ bền cao. Lip-RES có khả năng xâm nhập tốt vào tế bào lympho và tế bào HF. Ở điều kiện không chiếu xạ, Lip-RES hầu như không gây độc tính di truyền cho tế bào, tuy nhiên lại gây chết đáng kể cho cả 2 loại tế bào này khi ở nồng độ RES lớn hơn 10 µg/mL. Ở điều kiện chiếu xạ với liều chiếu 2 Gy, Lip-RES giúp làm giảm 16-30% tỉ lệ tế bào chết và giúp làm giảm 10-15% số foci/tế bào, từ đó cho thấy khả năng bảo vệ bức xạ của Lip-RES đối với 2 loại tế bào này. Hơn thế nữa, Lip-RES đạt hiệu quả bảo vệ bức xạ tối ưu ở nồng độ RES 2,5 µg/mL.
Nghiên cứu nhằm mục đích đánh giá khả năng điều trị sẹo của gel thông minh nhạy nhiệt chứa liposome đóng gói curcumin (GelTM-Lip-CUR). Đầu tiên, Lip-CUR được tổng hợp bằng phương pháp hydrate hóa màng lipid kết hợp với sóng siêu âm để giảm kích thước. GelTM chứa Lip-CUR được điều chế từ Pluronic F127 và PVA. Hiệu quả điều trị sẹo của Lip-CUR và GelTM-Lip-CUR được thực hiện trên chuột nhắt trắng. Kết quả thực nghiệm cho thấy, Lip-CUR đã được tổng hợp thành công với kích thước hạt, chỉ số phân tán, thế zeta, hiệu suất đóng gói, sức tải lần lượt là 229,6 nm, 0,245, -26,6 mV, 90,2%, 8,1% và có độ bền tương đối cao. GelTM-Lip-CUR có trạng thái lỏng ở nhiệt độ thấp hơn 25oC và trạng thái gel khi tiếp xúc với nhiệt độ cơ thể. Kết quả khảo sát trên chuột nhắt trắng cho thấy, Lip-CUR cho hiệu quả điều trị sẹo tốt hơn rất nhiều so với CUR dạng thô. Hơn nữa, GelTM-Lip-CUR cho hiệu quả điều trị sẹo tốt hơn Lip-CUR và đạt hiệu quả điều trị tốt nhất ở nồng độ CUR 0,05 mg/mL. Kết quả phân tích mô học cho thấy cấu trúc mô da vùng sẹo của nghiệm thức GelTM-Lip-CUR ở nồng độ CUR 0,05 mg/mL đã hồi phục gần như hoàn toàn; từ đó cho thấy tiềm năng ứng dụng thực tiễn to lớn của GelTM-Lip-CUR trong lĩnh vực điều trị sẹo.
