In this work, we study an initial value problem for a system of nonlinear parabolic pseudo equations with Caputo fractional derivative. Here, we discuss the continuity which is related to a fractional order derivative. To overcome some of the difficulties of this problem, we need to evaluate the relevant quantities of the Mittag-Leffler function by constants independent of the derivative order. Moreover, we present an example to illustrate the theory.
In this paper, we consider a time-fractional backward problem for the fractional Rayleigh–Stokes equation in a general bounded domain. We propose a fractional Landweber regularization method for solving this problem. Error estimates between the regularized solution and the sought solution are also obtained under some choice rules for both a-priori and a-posterior regularization parameters.
In this article, we consider the problem of finding a source term of a Rayleigh-Stokes equation. Our problem is not well-posed in the sense of Hadamard. The sought solution does not depend continuously on the given data. Using the truncation method and some new techniques on trigonometric estimators, we give the regularized solution. Moreover, the mean square error and convergence rates are established.
In this paper, we consider an inverse problem of identifying the source term for a generalization of the time-fractional diffusion equation, where regularized hyper-Bessel operator is used instead of the time derivative. First, we investigate the existence of our source term; the conditional stability for the inverse source problem is also investigated. Then, we show that the backward problem is ill-posed; the fractional Landweber method and the fractional Tikhonov method are used to deal with this inverse problem, and the regularized solution is also obtained. We present convergence rates for the regularized solution to the exact solution by using an a priori regularization parameter choice rule and an a posteriori parameter choice rule. Finally, we present a numerical example to illustrate the proposed method.
In this study, we study an inverse source problem of the bi-parabolic equation. The problem is severely non-well-posed in the sense of Hadamard, the problem is called well-posed if it satisfies three conditions, such as the existence, the uniqueness, and the stability of the solution. If one of the these properties is not satisfied, the problem is called is non well-posed (ill-posed). According to our research experience, the stability properties of the sought solution are most often violated. Therefore, a regularization method is required. Here, we apply a Modified Quasi Boundary Method to deal with the inverse source problem. Base on this method, we give a regularized solution and we show that the regularized solution satisfies the conditions of the well-posed problem in the sense of Hadarmad. In addition, we present the estimation between the regularized solution and the sought solution by using a priori regularization parameter choice rule.
In this paper, we consider a pseudo‐parabolic equation with the Caputo fractional derivative. We study the existence and uniqueness of a class of mild solutions of these equations. For a nonlinear problem, we first investigate the global solution under the initial data u0 ∈ L2. In the case of initial data u0 ∈ Lq, q ≠ 2, we obtain the local existence result. Our main tool here is using fundamental tools, namely, Banach fixed point theorem and Sobolev embeddings. In addition, we give an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the method has been proposed.
In this paper, we consider the initial inverse problem for a diffusion equation with a conformable derivative in a general bounded domain. We show that the backward problem is ill-posed, and we propose a regularizing scheme using a fractional Landweber regularization method. We also present error estimates between the regularized solution and the exact solution using two parameter choice rules.
In this work, we study the problem to identify an unknown source term for the Atangana–Baleanu fractional derivative. In general, the problem is severely ill-posed in the sense of Hadamard. We have applied the generalized Tikhonov method to regularize the instable solution of the problem. In the theoretical result, we show the error estimate between the regularized and exact solutions with a priori parameter choice rules. We present a numerical example to illustrate the theoretical result. According to this example, we show that the proposed regularization method is converged.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
