Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang nhằm mô tả thực trạng sử dụng ứng dụng Ourhealth trong quản lý và chăm sóc sức khỏe cho cán bộ công nhân viên của Tổng công ty Công nghiệp Công nghệ cao Viettel từ tháng 8 đến tháng 11 năm 2021. Trong khoảng thời gian nghiên cứu 111 đối tượng tham gia có tổng 247 lần tương tác trên ứng dụng, chủ yếu thông qua hình thức gọi và nhắn tin trực tiếp với bác sĩ. Nhóm đối tượng có bệnh mạn tính có trung bình số lần tương tác trên ứng dụng cao hơn nhóm khỏe mạnh và nhóm có yếu tố nguy cơ. Có sự thay đổi đáng kể trong quyết định thay đổi kế hoạch khám bệnh sau khi có sự hỗ trợ của bác sĩ qua ứng dụng. Trước khi liên hệ bác sĩ, hơn một nửa số lần đối tượng dự định tự điều trị ngoại trú, còn lại dự định khám cấp cứu và khám tại khoa khám bệnh. Sau khi liên hệ bác sĩ, số lần dự định điều trị ngoại trú và khám tại khoa khám bệnh tăng, số lần dự định khám cấp cứu của các đối tượng nghiên cứu giảm. Sự thay đổi nhận thức, hành vi có ý nghĩa quan trọng trong việc thay đổi mô hình bệnh tật trong hệ thống y tế và đặc biệt trong thời gian dịch bệnh góp phần thay đổi phương thức tiếp cận người bệnh, tiếp cận từ xa là một xu thế tất yếu trong thời kì mới
Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh độ tin cậy của bộ câu hỏi HELM Knowledge Scales áp dụng trong nghiên cứu và các can thiệp cộng đồng. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Bộ câu hỏi tiếng Anh được dịch ra tiếng Việt và phỏng vấn 184 người trưởng thành đến khám sức khỏe tại Trung tâm Y học Gia đình và Chăm sóc sức khỏe cộng đồng – Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội theo hình thức tự điền. Độ tin cậy của bộ câu hỏi được đánh giá thông qua hệ số Cronbach’s Alpha. Kết quả: Nghiên cứu cho thấy bộ câu hỏi có độ tin cậy phù hợp với hệ số Cronbach’s Alpha là 0,728. Điểm kiến thức trung bình trên thang điểm 14 là 5,8 ± 2,016. Kết quả điểm kiến thức cho thấy có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa điểm trung bình giữa các nhóm tuổi (p = 0,000 < 0,05). Kết luận: Bộ câu hỏi HELM Knowledge Scales có độ tin cậy cao, hoàn toàn có thể đưa vào sử dụng rộng rãi hơn trong các nghiên cứu cũng như trong thực hành quản lý THA tại cộng đồng
