Nymphal description of Gynn•znt2a mmbrali3 Karsch, 1891 (Odonata: Gynacanthini) and notes on the mago.This species is one of the biggest Gnaiantha, easily recognized by the black spot on the base of bothwings in both sexes.At present this species is recorded from parts of Central America, North and North-west of South Axnerica. In Brazil it is recorded in two localities: Rio Purus, AM and Benevides, PA. In this paper we add three new localities: Serra do Navio, Amapá, Manaus, Pmazonas (mainly Reserva Ducke) and Rio Guamá, Pará. The until now unknown nyrnph is described and iliustrated and notes on its habitats and emergence, as well as notes on the irnago are given.
