Metoclopramide is a procinetic and atiemetic agent, used to increase gastrintestinal system motility. In case, acute muscle weakness is one of the most neuromuscular emergencies seen in the emergency service and have several ethiological causes. In our study we aimed to introduce a case who was treated with metoclopramide in therapeutic dose and sustained muscle weakness in 12-24 hours and to overview the potential side effects of this drug.
