Capital structure is the ratio or the balance between foreign capital and equity capital that affect decision making employment decisions. Where the capital structure is influenced by sales growth, company size, structure and profitability of assets. This study aims to influence sales growth, company size, structure and profitability of assets partially and simultaneously the capital structure on companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The research strategy used in this study is a research strategy associative. The method of research used in this research is quantitative method. In this study population was used as the financial statements of companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Samples taken by the researchers was 35 manufacturing companies that go public in BEI using data from the financial statements of the balance sheet and income statement in the period 2012-2015. The analytical tool used is Eviews 9.0. Based on the analysis and discussion show sales growth and no significant effect on the capital structure on companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The size of the company and significant effect on the capital structure of companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The structure of assets and significant effect on the capital structur e of companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Profitability and no significant effect on the capital structure on companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing the rate of sales growth, company size, structure and profitability of assets simultaneously significantly affect the capital structure means the hypothesis is proved significant.
This activity provides an overview of how students form good friendships (connections) from an Islamic perspective, provides an overview of the negative effects of promiscuity among young people (millennials), It helps (millennials) develop good personality traits around teenagers (millennials) to provide an overview and help combat the easy reception of negative information. The methods used in this activity consist of advising on the unification of millennial youth from aspects of Islam using unification materials provided by Resource People. Participants will provide material and advice through Q&A afterwards. Participants in this activity were students from Diponegoro Vocational School in Rawamanggung, East Jakarta. Her 1st grade through her 3rd grade students that we teach will be asked to represent each grade, for a total of 51 students. This is because it is very important to provide these students with insight into good character development by actively participating in consultation.
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan sosialisasi kepada siswa di Sekolah Diponegoro, Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur. Sebagai program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang perlunya E-Commerce sejak dini bagi siswa di era digitalisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan menggunakan zoom meeting dengan menghadirkan narasumber dari para ahli e-commerce. Kegiatan ini dapat mendapat respon yang baik dari peserta dan kegiatan ini bersifat berkelanjutan. Target capaian program penggunaan e-commerce meningkat setelah diadakan penyuluhan ini dari 50 siswa sampai sekarang sudah menjadi lebih dari 50 siswa.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and price on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. The research is now conducted at the SuperIndo Supermarket Bekasi Branch. The strategy used in this study is to use an associative / correlational strategy. Correlational / associative research is research conducted to find the relationship or influence of one or more independent variables with one or more dependent variables. The research method used in this study is a survey method that uses questionnaire data collected from questions with a total sample of 96 people. While the sampling method in this study is purposive aside. Based on the results of research quality service (X1) and product quality (X2) does not affect consumer satisfaction Superindo supermarkets, prices (X3) affect consumer satisfaction (Y) Superindo Supermarket, service quality (X1) affect customer loyalty (Y2) Supermarket Superindo, product quality (X2) affect customer loyalty (Z) Superindo supermarkets, prices affect customer loyalty (Z) Superindo supermarkets, customer satisfaction (Y) affect customer loyalty (Z) Superindo supermarkets, service quality (X1), product quality (X2) and price (X3) affect consumer satisfaction (Y) supermarket Superindo North Bekasi branch. The magnitude of influence is 22.4% and the remaining 77.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Service quality (X1), product quality (X2), price (X3) and customer satisfaction (Y) as moderating variables affect Superindo supermarket customer loyalty. The amount of influence is 23.8% and the remaining 76.2% is influenced by other factors.
This activity aims to achieve the objectives of outreach activities for students (millennials) at Diponegoro School, Rawamangun, East Jakarta. as a community service program, this activity aims to provide an overview of how bullying and cyberbullying affect mental health, providing an overview of the negative impact of bullying behavior, and helping to encourage teenagers/students (millennial) to have good character and to help provide an image to teenagers/students (millennials) to be able to fortify themselves from the ease of getting negative information. The method used in this activity is counseling using zoom meetings by presenting speakers from religious experts.
