In the current study, the emission spectra generated from clove were measured under normal atmospheric pressure with different laser energies. Clove is used as a source of essential oil in herbal medicine, in particular as a dynamic analgesic oil in dental and other diseases. For aromatherapy, Antiseptic, antiviral, and antimicrobial agents are also packaged with cloves. Compounds that reduce inflammation tend to battle sore throats, cold, and cough as they display so many advantages. The measured spectrum reveals distinctive lines of clove’s chemical elements. X-ray fluorescent (XRF) and atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) were used to measure the spectrum generated or absorbed by detecting the presence of various elements and their ratios in the cloves, for different energy the electron temperature varies between 0.043 and 0.073 eV and the number of electron varied between 2.074 and 2.287) x1014 cm-3 for clove.
Turmeric or Curcuma is a natural creation, whose therapeutic properties have been widely studied and an extensive variety of therapeutic effects on several diseases. Nano curcumin particles were prepared by Vibra-Cell™ Ultrasonic Liquid Processors device. The particles are characterized by scanning probe microscope (SPM) and Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis spectrophotometer). The results confirm that the prepared Nano curcumin has mean diameter 82 nm. The prepared Nano curcumin is exposed to plasma to enhance the properties of their Nano particle the result is improve the enhanced characterization.
The diabetes can be induced by injecting “Alloxan” into animals. it shows a good response in animals specially in “mice, rabbits, mice, dog, and rats”. The drug dosage is between “90 and 200mg/kg of the body weight”. The “Alloxan” motivate “blood glucose” and the experimental animals shows response to the injected drug. The samples which are used in this study are mice male gender with age ranging between three and four months and weight (20-25)gm, these mice are injected with “Alloxan” with a dose of alloxan(200mg/kg) to study effect of alloxan on blood compounds (The cells of white blood, the cells of Red blood and platelets) and study the effect of plasma jet on the infected mice for different time exposure, the component of blood shows different response to the plasma jet effect the White Blood Cells (WBC) and the Platelets(PLT) approach the normal case in the 30 second, the Red Blood Cells (RBC) , HGB the concentration of hemoglobin in whole blood and (HCT) the ratio of red blood cells to the volume of blood plasma approach the normal case in 50 second, the (MCV) mean cell volume approach the normal value in 10 second.
