To determine the effect of consuming mung bean extract on increasing Hb levels in first trimester pregnant women. The type of research used was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test approaches. The statistical test of paired samples t-test obtained a value of t = -12.41 and p = 0.001 (p <0.05) meaning that there was a significant effect of giving mung bean juice to increasing hemoglobin levels in Trimester I pregnant women at Harapan Baru Health Center.
