Objetivo: Este estudo tem como objetivo avaliar a assistência ao parto em maternidades do norte do Paraná pelo Índice de Bologna. Métodos: Pesquisa de caráter quantitativo e transversal desenvolvido em quatro maternidades, contemplando 417 mulheres entre o período de janeiro e junho de 2017. O índice de Bologna avalia a assistência prestada no parto normal por meio de cinco variáveis: presença de um acompanhante; uso do partograma; ausência de estimulação ou indução, uso de instrumental fórceps/vácuo; parto na posição não supina; contato pele a pele. Cada uma pode pontuar 0, caso não esteja presente, ou 1, caso a variável esteja presente. Para avaliação do parto normal foi incluído 229 mulheres. Resultados: A pontuação do Índice de Bologna foi respectivamente, 1 ponto (4%), 2 pontos (42%), 3 pontos (44,4%), 4 pontos (9,2%) e 5 pontos (0,4%). Destacou-se como positivo a utilização do partograma durante o trabalho de parto, e negativo o uso da posição supina na maior parte dos partos. Conclusão: Apesar da prevalência de uma pontuação mediana (3 pontos), foi possível concluir que durante a assistência há ocorrência de práticas não recomendadas, que trazem prejuízos a mulher. Por fim reforça-se a importância do Índice de Bologna para avaliação da assistência.
Objetivo: Identificar a relação da autoimagem feminina com a atividade sexual e o prazer sexual. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa. Os dados foram analisados pela técnica de Análise de Conteúdo proposto por Bardin. Resultados: A Imagem Corporal foi entendida como a construção corporal percebida pela mulher. Algumas mulheres idealizaram o corpo como um corpo jovem e com padrão midiático. Sentimento de sofrimento com relação à percepção de outras pessoas diante de um corpo fora dos padrões culturais estabelecidos pela sociedade e a dificuldade para encontrar roupas fabricadas para mulheres acima do peso considerado adequado e modelagens apropriadas. Quanto à relação da autoimagem com a atividade sexual e o prazer sexual, as participantes referiram vergonha de seu corpo, interferindo na sua relação sexual. Conclusão: O presente estudo evidenciou que o corpo não revela apenas componentes estruturais, mas também fatores sociais, psicológicos, culturais e sexuais que adquirem singularidade. Por fim, os padrões corporais e a sua relação com a vida sexual são modulados em cada época e sempre estarão em movimento, sendo um desafio para a promoção da saúde da mulher.
Objetivo: analisar os fatores que interferem no prazer e na atividade sexual em mulheres em idade fértil. Método: estudo transversal analítico, realizado em uma unidade de Atenção Primária à Saúde do Sul do Brasil, durante a consulta de enfermagem para realização de exame Papanicolau de 215 mulheres, por meio de instrumento semiestruturado para transcrição de dados do prontuário. Para análise dos dados utilizou-se Teste Qui-quadrado (p≤0,05). Resultados: houve significância estatística a utilização de métodos contraceptivos, sendo que o mais utilizado foi o método hormonal, atividade sexual (p=0,003) e prazer (p=0,012), seguida do método cirúrgico, atividade sexual (p=0,016); método de barreira, atividade sexual (p=0,020) e prazer (p=0,029). A dispareunia e sangramento apresentou associação à atividade sexual (p=0,013) e prazer sexual (p=<0,001). Conclusão: considerando a complexidade da mulher perante as relações de amor e erotismo, conclui-se que a saúde reprodutiva da mulher deve ser valorizada e assistida de forma holística, favorecendo o empoderamento das mulheres.
