The problem of improving the environmental safety of the waste management system of chemical processing of biomass of wood is quite acute in every forest producing and timber processing region. Study of the possibility of using to investigate hydrolytic lignin as a modifier of phenol-formaldehyde resin for the production of plywood have been conducted. Used materials: phenol-formaldehyde resin SFZh-3013; technical hydrolyzed lignin. Mathematical models of the process of pressing glued plywood were developed and the optimal parameters for the production of plywood were determined based on the use of SFZh-3013 resin modified with hydrolytic lignin. The optimal mode of pressing is: the amount of injected hydrolytic lignin in the SFZh-3013 resin grade is 5-10 parts by weight; pressing pressure 1.6 MPa, pressing temperature 135 °C and pressing time 9-10 minutes. The introduction of regimes developed using regression equations, with a sufficient degree of accuracy describing the pressing process, will significantly improve the efficiency of plywood production by saving energy and material costs and preserving product quality.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze actual stress-strain states of casting crane traverse taking into account weight of lifted load, thermal effects and additional inertial loads. The object of the study is a pattern of stress distribution inside the traverse elements. Methodology is proposed for modeling and analyzing stress-strain states of the casting crane traverse based on strength calculations considering allowable stresses and FEM. Calculation scheme and equivalent model were developed, and FEM calculation was performed in CAD/CAE system. Regularity of stress distribution in the traverse is obtained, and possible ways to further research are identified.

The study presents insurance objects, defines types of insurance contracts, identifies guarantees for ensuring financial sustainability. The experts are offered a formula for the actual margin of solvency of the insurer, measures are developed to improve and improve the effectiveness of financial mechanisms of managing structures.
Abstract.The article provides the results of development of the methodology for construction compliance monitoring in the crediting of investment projects for road construction. Work scope analysis of construction audit was conducted and an algorithm of financial audit in the crediting investment projects was developed. Furthermore, the possible pitfalls and abuses of counterparties were investigated and recommendations were given allowing the bank to receive objective and independent information on the progress of the project in real time. This mechanism is useful for the bank in insurance of possible risks, targeted and rational use of credit funds.
