The article is dedicated to an actual issue of improving the health of cadets of higher military educational institutions. The research hypotesis is scientists' statemant about gradual improvement of the cadets' health status with the help of exercises of military-applied sports. The article purpose is to research the impact of military-sport all-around activities on level of physical health of cadets in higher military educational institutions. For the research there were involved 95 cadets of the control group, that was studying according to a current system of physical training, and 36 cadets of the experimental group, that was studying military-sport all-around. Ages of participants are between 17 and 26 years old. During the experiment there were made some measurements of the anthropometric and medical and biological indicators of the physical status, so was determined a physical health level using the G. Apanasenko rapid assessment method. The results of the research shows statistically an authentic improvement of an indicator of the EG cadets' physical health level on 18,2% (p<0.001). The control group paticipants do not have statistically any authentic changes. Conclusion: doing military-sport all-around affects positively physical health level of cadets of the higher military educational institutions. Questions, connected with conduction educational reforms on the modern stage in Ukraine, are discovered in this article. Those changes are connected with desire of Ukrainian society to join European society and to sigh Association with European Union. The educational reform is implemented in primary school. The goal is to find out and analyze physical education teachers’ and primary school teachers’ opinion about implementation educational changes on the present stage in Ukraine.In due to realize such goal we applied literature sources analysis and questionnaire. The questions were answered by 100 physical education teachers and 104 primary school teachers from Lviv region. We have discovered opinion of physical education teachers and primary school teachers is common. The highest level of support got: opportunity to choose and create educational program in terms of educational standards (82% of physical education teachers, 78,9% of primary education teachers), providing different forms of elementary education (76% and 73,1% respectively), applying game methods in studying in elementary school (72% and 69,23% respectively). We have noticed difference in teachers’ attitude towards verbal evaluation of pupils during physical education lessons, progressive forms of retraining and teachers’ independent attestation. Teachers do not support 12-years studying period and implementing the inclusion.
The article is dedicated to discovering main motives of first-period women of mature age for fitness classes and involvement to new different physical and health classes; and selection of tools and methods due to their interests. The aim of the research is to indicate the main motives of first-period women of mature age for fitness classes and involvement to new different physical and health classes. The materials and research methods are analyses of sciencemedical literature and test-questionnaire by J. Orlov "The need in succeed" and methods of math statistics. There were 20 women of first-period women of mature age (21-35), who participated in the research, who take part in classes of fitness club "Energy fit", Dnipro city. It is stated that the level of need in succeed becomes lower with age for women of first-period women of mature age, otherwise it states in a middle level. According to the test-questionnaire of J. Orlov "The need in succeed" we can make a conclusion that for the result achievement women are ready to take risks, despite the low chances in succeed. The data from questionnaires shows that there are specific motivation priorities for taking classes, such as prioritizing personal health and using free time consciously by choosing different forms and types of the classes. In addition to that it is important to mention that women have a wish to try new challenges in fitness, which enhances the level of their motivation. The defining of first-period women of mature age motivation showed that motives for physical-health classes there is a wish to increase general health level, to succeed in personal physical improvement, to adjust a shape and normalize weight, to improve the mood and well-being. The received data demonstrates the interest of women in innovative fitness methods, which are the index for future studying of this issue and broaden research of this topic.

The purpose of the research is to substantiate scientifically the structure and content of tourists’ physical training at the stage of preliminary basic training. Material and methods . The study involved athletes aged 12-13 years. The control and experimental groups consist of 32 young men in each group. Results . It was developed and experimentally substantiated the structure and content of athletes-tourists’ physical training. It was determined the content and volumes of physical training types (general, special and additional). It was developed the complexes of training exercises with a rational correlation of general and additional physical training means. The ratio of the main types of training was as follows: general physical training - 35%, special - 15% and additional - 50%. Conclusions . The rock climbing and slacklining were offered for the preparatory period as the means of additional physical training. These means are based on the structure of motor activity and preferential orientation focused on the development of coordination, power, speed and speed-power qualities.
