Complex compounds based on arylamides of benzimidazol-2-thiocarboxylic acid of the general formula [Cu(HL)Cl 2 ] 2 have been synthesized via direct method. Their physico-chemical properties have been investigated.
New coordination compounds of copper(II) with substituted thioamides of the general formula [Cu(HL 6-9) 2 X 2 ] 2 and CuL 2 6-9 have been synthesized. The consecutive reaction of nucleophilic substitution/elimination of S N 1 /E 1 in the octahedral complex [Cu(NH 3) 4 Cl 2 ]•H 2 O and catalytic hydrolysis of [Cu(HL 6-9) 2 X 2 ] 2 complexes have been investigated. Using IR spectroscopy, elemental and XRD analysis, the composition and structure of the synthesized complexes have been determined. The molecular and crystalline structure of the complex [Cu(C 30 H 26 Cl 2 N 6 O 8 S 2)]•i-C 3 H 7 ON was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The tribotechnical characteristics of some coordination compounds as additives to industrial oils have been investigated.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
