O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar uma revisão integrativa sobre os fatores de risco para o desenvolvimento da Síndrome de Burnout em profissionais de enfermagem durante a pandemia COVID-19. As bases de dados pesquisadas foram LILACS, SCIELO e PubMed. Dos 1.927 artigos inicialmente identificados, foram selecionados 14. Um descreveu e discutiu a atuação desses profissionais, sua exposição aos fatores de risco no trabalho e a importância do apoio psicossocial. Um buscou identificar a prevalência e fatores associados à ansiedade e depressão. Um realizou uma reflexão teórica sobre o sofrimento emocional frente à pandemia. Nove discutiram sobre os efeitos psicológicos. Um avaliou a prevalência de fadiga entre enfermeiras de primeira linha no combate à COVID-19. Um explorou e comparou a vulnerabilidade à COVID-19. Todos os estudos apresentaram relação entre COVID-19 e profissionais de enfermagem. Concluiu-se que há evidências da relação entre COVID-19 e Síndrome de Burnout. Development of burnout syndrome in nursing professionals in pandemic COVID-19 Abstract: The aim of this study was to conduct an integrative review of the risk factors for the development of Burnout Syndrome in nursing professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic. The databases searched were LILACS, SCIELO and PubMed. Of the 1,927 articles initially identified, 14 were selected. One described and discussed the performance of these professionals, their exposure to risk factors at work and the importance of psychosocial support. One sought to identify the prevalence and factors associated with anxiety and depression. One conducted a theoretical reflection on emotional suffering in the face of the pandemic. Nine discussed the psychological effects. One assessed the prevalence of fatigue among first-line nurses in the fight against COVID-19. One explored and compared the vulnerability to COVID-19. All studies showed a relationship between COVID-19 and nursing professionals. It was concluded that there is evidence of the relationship between COVID-19 and Burnout Syndrome.
