The aim of the study was to determine the relevant aspects of the organization of nursing care for the patient after appendectomy based on an analysis of its problems, using a formalized assessment method. The existing problems of patients caused by the operational intervention were analysed. Results. Based on analysis of existing problems of patients caused by operative intervention for removal of worm-like process using formalized assessment method, nurse of surgical department has possibility to build individual (personal) program of patient care. Conclusion. Further study is needed on the use of formalized assessment of the existing problem of patients who are involved in the operational intervention in order to identify and treat possible complications in a timely manner and to draw up an individual care plan.
The purpose of the study was to substantiate the use of expert analysis when selecting a set of components included in the assessment system of continuing medical education for mid-level specialists. Results. It has been found that structuring the problem when making a decision allows one to compare and quantify alternative solutions. The result of the expert assessment is based not only on an objective analysis of the problem under consideration, but also on knowledge, judgments, practical experience, the system of

The purpose of the study was to justify a model, a personified assessment of the risk of developing complications of chronic cholecystitis based on mathematical modeling. The factors were identified and their impact on the risk of developing complications of chronic cholecystitis was assessed based on a systemic multivariate analysis. Results. It has been established that based on the analysis of risk factors for complications of chronic cholecystitis, using the method of formalized assessment, the medical assistant of independent practice has the ability to create an individual (personal) prevention program. Conclusion. Further study of the application of the method of formalized assessment in the analysis of risk factors for the development of diseases of the digestive system is necessary. Individualization of approaches to preventive work will make it possible to more efficiently organize patient-oriented delivery of medical care in the context of primary health care.
