Objetivo: Analisar as publicações a respeito do impacto psicossocial da radioterapia pélvica como modalidade de tratamento para o com câncer do colo uterino. Métodos: Revisão integrativa da literatura realizada nas bases de dados LILACS, Web of Science, MEDLINE/PubMed, CINAHL e Scopus através do cruzamento dos descritores: Neoplasias do Colo Uterino, radioterapia, impacto psicossocial, psico-oncologia, psicologia e seus respectivos sinônimos interligados pelo Operador Booleano AND, com recorte temporal dos últimos cinco anos. Resultados: Após a análise e síntese dos dados encontrados emergiram três categorias de significados: Qualidade de vida pós-radioterapia para o câncer de colo uterino; Disfunção sexual relacionada a radioterapia pélvica feminina e O Impacto do linfedema de membros inferiores no cotidiano da mulher. Considerações finais: O estudo demonstrou que o câncer de colo uterino afeta negativamente a qualidade de vida das mulheres, tanto no aspecto físico quanto emocional, na qual a disfunção sexual e o linfedema parecem estar atrelados.
Objective: To compare the nursing workload in an oncology intensive care unit according to the condition of COVID-19 infection. Method: A retrospective cohort study. The Nursing Activities Score was used to measure the workload and document analysis for data extraction. The medical records were divided into a group of patients with COVID-19 and another group of patients without the infection. Results: The values of the Nursing Activities Score were not different depending on the sociodemographic variables, but the average of this score was statistically different depending on whether the patient had the diagnosis of COVID-19 or not, being higher in those who had the disease. Conclusion: It was proved that the nursing workload is high in the context of the oncology intensive care unit. However, COVID-19 increased this score even more, with the Nursing Activities Score being an important tool to size the team in this context.

RESUMO Objetivo: Comparar a carga de trabalho da enfermagem em unidade de terapia intensiva oncológica, de acordo com a condição de infecção por COVID-19. Método: Estudo do tipo coorte retrospectiva. Utilizaram-se do Nursing Activies Score para mensuração da carga de trabalho e da análise documental para extração dos dados. Os prontuários foram divididos em um grupo de pacientes com COVID-19 e outro grupo de pacientes sem a infecção. Resultados: Os valores do Nursing Activies Score não foram diferentes, conforme as variáveis sociodemográficas, porém a média deste escore foi estatisticamente diferente a depender de o paciente apresentar ou não o diagnóstico de COVID-19, sendo superior naqueles que possuíam a doença. Conclusão: Comprovou-se que a carga de trabalho da enfermagem foi alta no contexto da unidade de terapia intensiva oncológica. No entanto, a COVID-19 aumentou ainda mais este escore, sendo o Nursing Activies Score importante ferramenta para dimensionar a equipe nesse contexto.
Introdução: A progressão da doença e os efeitos colaterais dos tratamentos repercutem na vida das pacientes com câncer ginecológico. Ponderar sobre hábitos sexuais após diagnóstico pode facilitar entender fatores psicológicos e físicos que influenciam na sexualidade. Objetivos: Verificar os hábitos sexuais de mulheres com câncer ginecológico após diagnóstico e os fatores que impactam na sexualidade dessas mulheres. Métodos: Pacientes hospitalizadas >18 anos, com câncer ginecológico, responderam questionário com 16 questões fechadas, 11 sobre perfil clínico e 5 sobre hábitos sexuais pós diagnóstico. Resultados: Participaram do estudo, 83 mulheres, 55,7±13,5 anos. 34,8% com estadiamento >IIb. 77,11% declaram não ter vida sexual ativa, estando 36,7% atribuído à ausência de parceiro, 12,05% por dor, 16,87% por perda da libido e 13,25% por medo ou limitação clínica. 26,51% das mulheres referem impacto da sexualidade na sua qualidade de vida. Conclusão: A situação conjugal influencia na função sexual das mulheres, mas dor e perda de libido são fatores que mais impactam na sexualidade dessas mulheres. Maior exploração dessa temática faz-se necessário para melhor instruções das pacientes, acompanhantes e, sobretudo, dos profissionais de saúde, para elaboração de estratégias com foco na qualidade de vida.
