ереход из подросткового возраста во взрос-лую жизнь является переломной стадией раз-вития для создания пожизненной, связанной со здоровьем модели поведения людей с сахарным диа-бетом 1 типа (СД1), ведь именно в этот период жизни молодежь покидает родительский дом и начинает жить самостоятельно, устраиваться на первую работу, учиться в колледжах или ВУЗах. Более того, молодым пациентам с СД1 требуется интегрировать свое заболевание в новый стиль жизни и привыкать к переходу во взрослую амбу-латорную сеть медицинского обслуживания. Следова-тельно, период жизни, во время которого молодые люди должны выбирать свой собственный путь, ставит перед ними такие новые задачи, как необходимость в гибко-сти и уверенности в своих силах [1]. И психосоциальные факторы играют в этом ключевую роль. Но какие именно и каким образом психологические и социальные аспекты влияют на контроль гликемии и лечение молодых паци-ентов с СД1?Следует отметить, что в нашей стране существует ограниченное количество исследований на данную тему. Одно из наиболее значимых -исследование «TEENS», в котором принял участие 501 пациент с СД1 в воз-расте от 8 до 25 лет. Участников исследования разде-лили на три возрастные группы, средний уровень HbA 1c по всем трем группам составил 9,0±2,0%, и только 16% пациентов достигли целевых значений HbA 1c .
