Th e relevance of this problem is related to an insuffi cient degree of the development of the issue of identifying the evaluation function of the competence-based training of students. Th e research objective: to identify and systematize, on the basis of the functional analysis of the knowledge-resource capacity of the teacher's professional polyfunctional activity, the priority components that can be considered as indicators of quality and eff ectiveness of the competency-based training. Th e leading technologies to the study of this problem are the technologies of mastering the types of speech activity with adequate speech design, aspect-integrated learning, self-activation, personality-oriented communication, etc. In the article there are refl ected the results of this work, during which students mastered the characteristics of the professional communication as important indicators of the quality level of the professional communicative competency. Th e article contents can be useful for practical professional activity of teachers of higher education institutions and high school teachers.
The relevance of this problem is caused by insufficient degree of elaboration of the theoretical and practical foundations of practice-oriented professional training for students in teacher education universities. Currently, the labor market demands competitive teachers who have mastered the necessary and sufficient types of professional communicative activities with an adequate speech design. The purpose of the study is to develop framework-components to improve the efficiency of designing multi-level professional communication situations. The leading research technologies are designing, intellectual communication, implementation of integration relations, person-centered communication, and others. The article reflects the results of the work done, in which students have mastered a typical structure of professional designing, learned to choose the right forms of intellectual communication in accordance with their academic and educational orientation, mastered the competence of multi-level professional communication. The article submissions may be useful for practical professional activities of university and high school teachers.
This article is devoted to finding a solution to the problem of improving the quality of the process of professional training of students in e-learning. Modernization of higher education plays a major role in the modernization of society. Статья посвящена проблеме использования педагогического речеведения в процессе профессиональной подготовки студентов. Ее актуальность обусловлена недостаточной степенью разработанности речеведческой проблематики в контексте практико-ориентированной профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей. Цель исследования: на основе функционального анализа знаниево-ресурсного потенциала профессиональной полифункциональной деятельности учителя определить и систематизировать приоритетные компоненты речеведения, которые можно рассматривать как показатели определенного обновления профессиональной содержательно-процессуальной стороны обучения. Ведущими технологиями исследования выступает технология профессионального педагогического речеведения, технология овладения видами речевой деятельности с адекватным речевым оформлением, технология использования разноуровневых и разнонаправленных речеведческих компонентов, способствующих реализации духовно-нравственного и консолидирующего потенциала гуманитарных дисциплин образовательных учреждений. Кроме этого, в работе использованы технологии аспектно-комплексного обучения, самоактивизации, технологии личностно-ориентированного общения и др. В статье отражены результаты проделанной работы, в ходе которой студенты овладели необходимыми и достаточными речеведческими компетенциями, которые можно рассматривать как показатели овладения профессиональной коммуникативной компетенцией в целом. Материалы статьи могут быть полезны для практической профессиональной деятельности преподавателей высших учебных заведений и учителей средней школы. The problem under study is urgent due to the fact that the education sector is regarded as a historically system of human activity evolving both externally and internally. In this context, this article aims to perceive pointed reality in which the philosophical categories of fundamental and applied knowledge are viewed as the two poles between which the design and technological activities are set. The main idea of this study is a sociogenetic approach which allows considering any pedagogical project as a compromise reached by numerous agreements which is showed by great diversity. The article presents a dual biosocial human nature, proves educational activities, including the initial set-up of social channels and their further usage for circulation between individuals of different types of information, sets intravital forming of the Intelligence organ and the basis of personality among newly born human beings. The article information is valuable for both methodologists-theorists and engineers of education.
The relevance of this problem is caused by requirements of modern education in putting into practice integration training of the teacher of a new formation with a dominant of the active creative personality, in an intensification, systematization of knowledge acquisition in the context of perspective of surrounding reality as whole and insufficient degree of readiness of its theoretical, substantive-process and scientificmethodical orientation. Integration approaches are aimed at strengthening of interrelation of professional and personal aspirations of students, at development of the creative independence allowing the person to define the interests and to make the correct decisions.The research objective consists in development of multifunctional, theoretically reasonable and practice oriented development paradigm of professional integration competence of students on the basis of integration, system, cultural, communicative and activity approaches and its approbation.As a result of the experiment (2016-2017 academic years) we have developed the multifunctional integration paradigm of development of professional integration competence including backbone components of target, substantive, organizational and productive orientation. The research has proved efficiency of used integration methods that is confirmed by results of an experiment. Materials of article can be useful for teachers of higher education institutions and teachers of comprehensive schools in aspect of use the developed integration components in practice.
The urgency of this problem is related to the lack of a development degree of the theoretical and practical areas of the humanities and the physico-mathematical disciplines integration, required for the development of the professional integration-communicative competence. The purpose of the research is to develop a framework-specific set of parameters of professional integration-communicative competence development of students in pedagogical institutes. The leading approaches to the study of this problem appear as the integration-communicative approach, and the creative approach. The article reflects the results of this work, in which the students have mastered the basics of implementing the integration relations of physico-mathematical disciplines of the cycle, learned how to organize intellectual communication of training and educating character, acquired the competence of the professional activities having adequate speech design. The article submissions may be useful for professional work of university professors and high school teachers.
Relevance of the studied problem is urged by the requirement of society for the multicultural development prospect of modern education and insufficient degree of development of its theoretical and scientific methodological bases, and also by strengthening of influence of migrants' transnational and regional adaptation on a modern society, that dictates new requirements to professional training of future teachers. The purpose of the article is to work out multifunctional pedagogical model of development of students' professional multicultural competence in the context of cultural and historical, system and communicative-activity approaches and to approbate it. The leading technologies of a research are: technology of modeling, multicultural activity, communicative differentiation, self-activation, etc. Theoretically proved and practice-oriented multifunctional pedagogical model, including backbone competence components of multicultural contents, a perspective and adequacy of speech, is presented in the article. Their features and the substantial-procedural means focused on mastering of professional multicultural competence are presented there. The complex of multicultural problems of different level is defined, and orientational requirements to development of students' professional training in the conditions of transnational and regional adaptation of migrant children, developed. The presented model is designed for teachers to master the main components of professional multicultural activity and its improvement in the context of creative use of various educational technologies.
