Tofu has the best quality vegetable protein because it has the most complete amino acid composition and is believed to have high digestibility (85% -98%). According to SNI 01-3142-1998 and SII No. 0270-1990 testing criteria for soy tofu based on smell, taste, color, appearance, or texture. Tofu soybeans are prone to physical or texture damage due to factors such as inappropriate pH levels and insufficient storage which results in damaged tofu. Therefore in this study, it is proposed to determine the elasticity of soy tofu with the parameters tested are the pH level in the manufacture of soy tofu, the storage temperature, and the capacitance value to see how thick the tofu is with a capacitive sensor using the capacitor principle. Where the parallel plate capacitor is a capacitor consisting of two parallel metal plates. The test results of all sensors are sent to the database and will be displayed on the page on the Android application which will provide real-time sensor output information to the user. Based on the results of testing on this system using a pH sensor, the pH value is around 3-4 which indicates that the pH level used is very good for use in tofu processing, at pH 4.56 with storage at 29 ° C the highest elastic capacitance value is 3.58. In testing data delivery, the throughput value is 4336,217 b / s and the smallest delay value is 0.017ms because the smaller the delay value, the better the quality of data transmission because there will be no delay in sending data.
Menurut World Health Organisation (WHO), lansia adalah seseorang yang telah memasuki usia 60 tahun keatas. Berdasarkan data tercatat dari Radio Suara Surabaya mulai Januari 2017 sampai dengan Juli 2019, Radio Suara Surabaya telah menerima 618 laporan pendengar tentang orang hilang karena demensia atau pikun. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif agar tetap dapat mengawasi keberadaan lansia dengan memanfaatkan modul GPS U-Blox Neo 6m dan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266. Selain itu pengawas dapat menggunakan aplikasi android untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi geofence. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan memberikan hasil dengan pengujian modul GPS U-Blox Neo 6m diletakkan pada lokasi dan kondisi yang berbeda menghasilkan penerimaan sinyal informasi didapat dari 3-9 satelit informasi yang mengirimkan sinyal. Pengujian selisih jarak dilakukan pada 10 titik lokasi yang berbeda menghasilkan selisih jarak dari 1 m hingga 8 m. selain itu, terdapat pengujian delay pengiriman data yang dilakukan pada waktu yang berbeda dari pagi, siang, dan malam hari yang menghasilkan delay mulai dari 0.2 detik hingga 1 detik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa implementasi geofence menghasilkan aplikasi geofence dapat menerapkan geofence bagi lansia dengan penggambaran radius lingkaran sebesar 100 m berdasarkan titik pusat dari sebuah lokasi yang ditentukan. Penggunaan GPS U-Blox Neo 6m memberikan hasil dengan perhitungan rata-rata selisih jarak sebesar 3.7m
VoIP servers provide several types of codecs including iLBC and Speex codecs, each type of codec has a different capacity and quality- different. So that in the process of choosing a codec implementation, VoIP becomes one of the things that affect the quality of communication. The iLBC and Speex codecs are intended for high quality but bitrate . By comparing iLBC and Speex communication, VoIP hoped that the better performance between the two codecs would communicate VoIP based on Quality of Service (QoS) and analyze the audio results of VoIP for voice quality analysis using the voice comparison method using Matlab. Based on the results of the research between the iLBC and Speex parameter value QoS including delay codec speex is smaller than iLBC codec of 31.12 ms. The jitter value of the iLBC and speex is the same, namely 0.01. The packet loss value of the iLBC codec is smaller than the speex codec of 6.18%. The results of the sound quality test in matlab using the sound comparison method showed that the delta amplitude codec speex value was smaller than iLBC codec of 0.00004551 volts.
