A long time ago, digitization has proven that it will help mankind. Rapid development and quality of digital equipment has helped to define actions and our daily chores and to improve them in the workplace including noise and vibrations. Kosovo is rich with coal electrical energy and fuel produces coal, for total extraction of coal per year, which projected 9.5 x 106 t / year of coal, this amount meets the needs of PP "Kosova A " and points "Kosova B " which later is put into operation in 1983 with a capacity of 2x339 MW. Existing coal reserves are sufficient for the needs of Kosovo. Two power plants Kosovo A and Kosovo B and the supply of coal created a big bang for the community living near the two power plants. By 2016, the total thickness of the earth will increase, which should reactivate the devices to remove excess heights. During this period of the earth measures cornice in the empty spaces in both White and Mirash mines. In this period they will relocate villagers and Shipitulle East Mirena. Within the period 2018-2022, the thickness of the earth will rise throughout the front so it will create a big noise and this noise should be measured and fingerlings that noise exceeding permissible standard settings, then around mine sites. They must leave eventually. The purposes of the scientific paper are the measurement of noise of the digital appliances that are hauled F-1680 and analyze the extracted coal mine, where the mining of large appliances are hauled key. The method of measurement is made with digital device called FONOMETR device type 1680, Japanese production which serves for the measurement of noise and vibrations. Results and analysis are made noise throughout the mine location with 162 measurement points which are presented by diagrams and tables.
Managing waste electrical and electronic equipment is a challenge both for Kosovo and for all developed countries in the world bugs. Waste electrical and electronic equipment (MPEE) , or ' e-waste ', are a growing challenge for governments around the world . It is clear that we must change the way that designed, manufactured, used and managed electronic equipment after their exit from use, if we wish to continue to harvest the benefits that brings technological development, while at the same time not hurt people and the planet. In some states have not yet defined legal instruments, and also continue to see how e-waste going from rich countries, which have the capacity to handle it safely and appropriately. Kosovo so far no special legal regulation which would be included this type of waste, but as part of the process for adoption of EU legislation, the Ministry of Planning should prepare the Law on Waste Management of electrical and electronic equipment. While consumption of computers and electronic equipment is growing slowly in all parts of the world, it is not in balance with the associated increase in infrastructure for safe management of such waste electrical and electronic equipment. There are some problems that are caused by the use of increasingly large electronic devices and which pose a risk to human health, and also represent the ecological disaster. In Kosovo have different types of electrical and electronic waste such in this paper will be presented some data which will show how to manage respectively handle e-waste electrical and electronic equipment such.
In this paper is presented the assessment of the workplace hazards for power plant "Kosova" A. The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate the work places based on the realized measurements of the conditions for safety and protection at work, classification and categorization of jobs with increased risk as well as measures for improving working conditions and preventing endangered and injured workers from injurious. Measurements of working conditions and assessment of workplace and workplace risk have been carried out by exploring, identifying, recording and analyzing any workplace in a riskiness case. With Application Software, all workplaces in which the measurements were performed are processed.
This study aims to broaden the understanding of the importance of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) for the economy of Kosovo, especially in terms of economic development, labor market and innovation. The study was conducted through analysis of documentary sources such as relevant reports of national and international institutions as well as relevant scientific papers. The scientific contribution of this study is theoretical and aims to help researchers of the field for an expanded understanding of SMEs over national economies. This study provides a concise framework of important elements on the economic impact of SMEs on Kosovo's economy. Examination of available data has shown that the SME sector plays a crucial role for the Kosovo economy. The key role of SMEs was emphasized in terms of overall value generated and the labor market while innovation remains a challenge to be addressed by stakeholders
