La Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises (RSE) fait partie intégrante des organisations de l’Economie Sociale et Solidaire (ESS). Pour autant, certaines d’entre elles jugent pertinent d’intégrer la RSE dans leurs orientations stratégiques. Nous proposons dans cet article d’analyser l’évolution lexicale des discours stratégiques lors de l’introduction de la RSE dans une association de l’ESS. Nous procédons ainsi à l’analyse du contenu de deux projets associatifs (2008 et 2015) de l’association AIMCP Loire par le logiciel Alceste, en appui de verbatim du directeur général lors de plusieurs événements. Les résultats offrent des perspectives sur l’identification des parties prenantes mobilisées et des axes privilégiés pour la responsabilité sociale des organisations dans un projet stratégique associatif.
