Introduction - La Neuropathie héréditaire avec hypersensibilité à la pression est uneneuropathie sensitivomotrice à transmission autosomique dominante, liée à une délétiondu gène PMP22 sur le chromosome 17p11.2. Son association à une neuropathieacquise dysimmunitaire telle qu’une polyradiculonévrite inflammatoire démyélinisantechronique est rare.Observation - Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient âgé de 31 ans, qui a présentéun tableau d’une polyradiculonévrite inflammatoire chronique démyélinisante sensitivemultifocale douloureuse, huit semaines après une chirurgie d’un syndromedu canal carpien droit. Le patient n’avait aucun signe anamnestique ou cliniqueévoquant une neuropathie héréditaire avec hypersensibilité à la pression maisl’électroneuromyogramme nous a orienté vers cette neuropathie et l’analysegénétique a confirmé la délétion PMP22.
