The marketing environment of the world economy is changing due to intensive digitalization of trade exchange operations. Formation of marketing forecasts based on current and past periods in modern conditions is irrelevant to the current situation. The purpose of the article is to assess the situational precedents of business readiness for digitalization based on monitoring data, operating environment, applications and management system when using the tools of marketing and neural network modeling. The article uses a systematic approach and methods of statistical, financial and marketing analysis, tools for modeling a neural network. Based on the estimated indicators, the current and forecasted levels of electronic retail in the world are revealed. Based on the application of the concept of portfolio analysis to the data of national and international monitoring, а marketing model of research has been built, in which low business efficiency has been determined, situational modeling of business readiness for digital transformation has been carried out and characteristics of the identified precedents have been given. A low degree of business readiness to digitize the economy has been established. The results emphasize the importance of monitoring business readiness for the digitalization of the economy in real time with marketing and neural network modeling.
Purpose. To determine the level of development of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine in accordance with global trends of its transformation from the concept of Industry 4.0 to the capitalism of stakeholders. Methodology. In order to achieve the purpose of the study a system of general and special methods was used: generalization - during a comparative analysis of competitive advantages of individual countries implementing the Concept Industry 4.0, to compare the level of industrial safety of the metallurgical industry in Ukraine and global indicators of economic activity; statistical and econometric ones methods of analysis of dynamic series (for analysis of trends in the main indicators of export-oriented industries of Ukraine, finding indicators of descriptive statistics), methods of standardization of indicators and integrated evaluation (to assess the industrial safety of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine); methods of correlation analysis (to determine the impact of export-oriented industries of Ukraine on GDP, the formation of a system of indicators of the greatest impact on industrial safety in the metallurgical industry). Methods of graphic visualization of integrated assessment of production safety of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine are used. Findings. It is shown that for the development of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine the concept of Industry 4.0 should be considered from the standpoint of the concept of Capitalism of stakeholders. The dynamics of crude steel production for 20112020 is analyzed, the analysis of trends of which showed the growth of stakeholder capitalism in the countries. After comparing and analyzing the indicators of export-oriented industries in Ukraine, it was determined that the metallurgical industry has relative stability against the background of global growth in funding and the amount of basic research in developing components of the concept of stakeholder capitalism. A system of indicators for assessing the production safety of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine has been formed, taking into account the data of countries in which the features of stakeholder capitalism have emerged. The obtained results of the analysis of the integrated indicator of production safety of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine with world indicators of stable development of this industry, allow providing operational information on the effectiveness of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine as one of the leading components of Ukrainian economic foresight. Originality. The authors offer a scientific approach to the transformation of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine in accordance with global trends in the industry and the priorities identified by advanced countries. It is based on improving the instrumental apparatus for assessing the effectiveness of the transformation of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine from the concept of Industry 4.0 to the concept of Capitalism of stakeholders and scientific understanding of the level of industrial safety of the metallurgical industry in Ukraine and global economic indicators. Practical value. The obtained results create a basis for developing approaches to assessing the production safety of the metallurgical industry to ensure the economic security of the industry as a whole.
Introduction. The attributes of neural networks are embodied in a study of the effectiveness of business processes, which is based on integrated coefficients of international monitoring with a range of quantitative parameters. Simulated situational precedents will allow to assume multivariate solutions in real time. The purpose of the work is to use of neural network technologies in modeling financial results of business processes with integrated international monitoring indices and domestic statistics. Results. The obtained sections of the response surface of the resulting indicator and pairs of independent variables for a neural network of type RBF 3–7–1 are characterized. An algorithm is proposed for applying the methodology for assessing the functioning of a business using neural network technologies. Conclusions. 1. According to the results of theoretical generalizations, the understanding of the main purpose of the business operation has been improved. A feature of the proposed interpretation is the narrowing of the functional component of business processes to the resulting feature in real time. 2. Low indicators of network readiness, level of ICT development, global competitiveness of the domestic economy and business profitability have been established. 3. For the simulated situations, the results obtained allowed to bring the convergence of the resulting indicator of relatively independent factors, that is, the response of domestic business to the intensification of digitalization, increasing the competitiveness of the economy and the development of information and communication technologies. 4. The paper proposes an algorithm for applying the methodology for assessing the functioning of a business using neural network technologies.
The paper discusses modern approaches to social services in territorial communities. The structure of revenues and expenditures of local budgets of Ukraine by economic classification has been analysed. The state and requirements of the development of social services for a modern system of integrated social services in communities have been investigated. Also, the components of the model of integrated social services have been considered and the principles that were adhered to when creating it have been described.The integrated social service model is based on the collaboration of various institutions and social service providers, transforming them into a single coherent system. It aims to improve collaboration and partnerships among all stakeholders to build capacity and achieve common goals. A complex, well-established system for the provision of social services leads to duplication of efforts and a lack of individual planning, hinders the integration of all services in the development of service delivery plans. It also does not allow to properly analyse the reasons and poor coordination of the practice of paperwork and organization of social benefits. The integrated social services model seeks to correct these shortcomings and offer a convenient alternative to both provider staff and clients.The promotion of an integrated system of social services will not only improve the lives of certain categories of the population and help to eliminate the old Soviet system of providing these services, but it will also allow monitoring the effectiveness of the provision of social services based on the norms of social responsibility of recipients of funds and the client-centrism of social protection agencies. Its essence lies in the establishment of activities at various levels and the provision of an effective approach to solving problem situations of residents of territorial communities.The data obtained as a result of the analysis will form the basis for the development of appropriate content-technological and educational-methodological support for the retraining of social workers in Ukraine.
