Technology development and the general availability of information have affected modern society in such a way that the educational system requires immediate and decisive changes. The situation escalated during the pandemic when distance learning became an integral part of life of every teacher and student. Modern researchers call the educational system built on the flipped classroom model a pedagogical breakthrough, so it is important to study its impact from all sides; this explains the relevance of this paper. The purpose of this research was to study the effectiveness of flipped classroom as a distance learning component for students. The study was conducted at St. Petersburg State University and enrolled 56 students in the control and experimental groups (n = 28 per group). The researchers used the questionnaire "Studying the motives of students' educational activities" by A.A. Rean and V.A. Yakunin and a cross-section of grades to obtain information about academic performance and a survey for feedback from students. The findings show that flipped classroom had a positive effect on academic performance and student motivation. The number of "excellent" students increased by 17.9% and the numbers of "good" and "satisfactory" students decreased by 3.6% and 14.3%, respectively. The overall motivation of the group increased from 4.8 to 5.0. At the same time, the number of students with low motivation decreased by 7.2%, with medium motivation increased by 10.7%, and with high motivation decreased by 3.4%. A feedback survey showed that the vast majority of students were satisfied with the flipped classroom. At that, 89.2% of students answered that this model is suitable for knowledge assimilation, 92.8% believe that flipped classroom arouses their research interest, and 82.1% call the flipped classroom model the most suitable for interesting learning. The respondents noted the following advantages of the flipped classroom: saving time (82.7%), the opportunity to discuss more interesting topics in class (64.2%), the absence of dependence on time and place (38.1%), and the possibility of a deeper study (53.5%). The disadvantages included the inability to independently study
Of the goal of study is to investigate the formation of such skills of strengthening of practical component of environmental training of students, having technical specialization. It is achieved by the introduction of such forms and methods of training,as the research of technical projects and scientific articles in the subjected area (using the method of diversionary analysis), the participation of students in the work of scientific departments at the enterprises, in eco-oriented production practice and in the interdisciplinary designing. The results of the experiment show a positive dynamics in the changes of formedness levels of the main characteristics of the students' ecological culture, and confirm the effectiveness of introduction the considered.
The purpose of the article is to compare the classical principles of personnel management of a multifunctional team to maintain harmonious social and labor relations in the innovation process. Studies of various models show the necessity to consider the team of innovators as the most effective form of innovation activity, and the principles of Follett M. are most suitable for organizing dynamic social interaction in a team aimed at increasing the effectiveness of an innovative project. Implementation of collective responsibility for an innovative project that is carried out by a multifunctional team strengthens group interaction and promotes interpenetration and creation of new ideas. Leadership should be based not on power, but on the interaction of the leader and partners. In order to organize and develop social partnership, it is necessary to involve workers in management and replace enforcement with integration, which allows not only to strengthen joint actions, but also to resolve group conflicts.
Many banks are successfully working in the conditions of growing competition and declining profitability; they are looking for new options to increase the number of their customers, reduce operating costs and improve the efficiency of operations. Medium-sized and large banks, which, as a rule, have numerous and very costly structure, with great difficulty manage to fulfill these requirements. The solution of this problem is possible through the development and introduction of innovative banking products and the provision of modern banking services. Creation of innovative banking products and services –it is the transition from the focusing on the mandatory adherence to applicable regulations, centralized management and the priority of the executive to the orientation on a customer, decentralized management and technology deserted. Creation of innovative banking products and services - is the transition from the orientation to the mandatory adherence to applicable regulations, centralized management and the priority of an executive to orientation on the customer, decentralized management and untended technologies. The main prerequisites for the development of innovative banking products are: individual approach to customers, the development of information and communication technologies, and the active introduction of self-service. Innovative banking products are significantly less time-consuming for the use of bank employees’ work, but functionally more flexible and profitable; the strategy of commercial banks is built based on them. Creation of innovative banking products and services - it is: 1) a definite step in the development of banking technologies, aimed at building a modern strategy of commercial banks; 2) a new organization of interaction with the client in the delivery of banking services. The concept of creation of innovative banking products and services include the following principles: implementation of responsibility decentralization to the level of additional office; development of intra-entrepreneurship; development of customer-oriented organizational structure; decentralization of work leading to the integration of strategic and operational liability; the introduction of material incentives for the individual activity results on a contract basis; development of self-service based on the complex of automated banking devices and information technologies. Implementation of these principles will lead to the direct process of introduction of innovative banking products and services, and focuses the bank employees on meeting customer needs.
