АннотацияПредмет. Представлены результаты стоматологического обследования, оценки психоэмоционального состояния и данные лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии тканей пародонта 164 пациентов в возрасте 20-25 лет.Цель. Определение взаимосвязи между показателями гемодинамики тканей пародонта и психоэмоциональным напряжением у лиц молодого возраста.Методология. Использовали опрос, осмотр, индексную оценку состояния тканей пародонта и твердых тканей зубов. Для выявления наличия и степени психоэмоционального напряжения, уровня тревожности и невротического состояния пациентов в исследовании использовались клинический опросник К. К. Яхина и Д. М. Менделевича (2005), методика определения стрессоустойчивости Холмса и Рея (Holmes, Rahe, 1967) и шкала оценки уровней реактивной и личностной тревожности Ч. Д. Спилбергера, Ю. Л. Ханина. Состояние микроциркуляторного русла тканей пародонта оценивалось методом лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии (ЛДФ) со спектральным анализом колебаний кровотока по общепринятой методике на аппарате ЛАКК-ОП.Результаты. Показатели объема перфузии кровотока третьей и четвертой групп достоверно не отличались от контроля. Получены достоверные различия скорости кровотока в третьей и четвертой группах исследования от показателей контр-ольной группы, демонстрирующие ее значительное снижение.Выводы. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о более выраженных клинических изменениях в тканях пародонта и достоверном отличии скорости кровотока у пациентов с высоким уровнем тревожности от показателей контрольной группы. Скорость кровотока в микроциркуляторном русле тканей пародонта у пациентов контрольной группы в 1,5 раза превышает скорость кровотока у пациентов третьей группы и в 1,8 раза -четвертой. Кроме того, в основной группе был выявлен достоверно высокий уровень интенсивности и распространенности кариеса твердых тканей зубов, соста-вивший в четвертой группе 16,8±0,7, что соответствует очень высокому уровню интенсивности кариеса по П.
