Bimbingan dan konseling (BK) merupakan proses pemberian bantuan yang terarah kepada seseorang/sekelompok orang secara terus menerus dan sistematis oleh guru pembimbing agar individu menjadi pribadi yang mandiri dan mengenal lingkungannya. Adanya ketimpangan jumlah rasio antara guru BK dan siswa yang dibimbing serta masih banyaknya guru BK yang tidak memenuhi kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai dengan bidangnya, perlu segera diatasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif,dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasiThalabah berupa bimbingan pribadi, bimbingan sosial, bimbingan belajar dan bimbingan karier. Di samping itu layanan konseling berupa layanan orientasi,layanan informasi, layanan penyaluran dan penempatan, layanan penguasaan konten, layanan konseling perorangan, layanan bimbingan kelompok, layanan konseling kelompok, layanan konsultasi dan layanan mediasi. Kegiatan bimbingan dan layanan tersebut didukung dengan kegiatan berupa aplikasi instrumentasi, himpunan data, konferensi kasus, alih tangan kasus, kunjungan rumah dan tampilan kepustakaan.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of emotional demand, emotional exhaustion, and abusive supervision on turnover intention. In this study, primary data was collected using a questionnaire on a google form filled out by Trisakti University students who were already working. The data collection method uses the purposive sampling method with a sample of 165 samples. The data processing techniques used in this study were testing instruments such as validity and reliability tests and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SPSS version 25 and AMOS version 24. The results of this study revealed that emotional demand has a significant influence on turnover intention, emotional exhaustion has a significant influence on turnover intention, and abusive supervision has a significant influence on turnover intention.
This study aims to determine the implementation of the takrir method in the Quran tahfidz program at SDN 15 Kinali, starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation. This research includes qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the takrir method in the Quran tahfidz program at SDN 15 Kinali began with a plan that was held together with the school principal, PAI teachers, and the teacher council. The implementation of the takrir method in the tahfidz program is based on the syntax of the takrir method itself and the form of implementation of the takrir method at SDN 15 Kinali, namely self-takrir and shared takrir. While the form of evaluation is an oral evaluation by listening and playing rote to the teacher. The results of this study can be used as initial data for future researchers to examine this issue in different contexts and issues.
Guidance and counseling service activities in schools have not been well and clearly patterned. In this regard, Prayitno proposed that guidance and counseling services in schools be packaged in a pattern called BK pattern 17 which consists of four areas of guidance, seventeen services, and five supporting activities which will be discussed in this paper.
