Pectin polysaccharides (PSs) were isolated from a bark of Larix sibirica Ledeb. Structure of PS fragments determined by chemical transformations, chromatography, and spectroscopic analyses was found to be a linear galacturonane comprising 1,4-linked α-D-GalpA residues and a rhamnogalacturonan I (RG-I). The fifth part of galacturonane residues was methyl esterified at at C-2 and/or C-3 and C-6 atoms. Some of RG-I side chains were identified as arabinogalactan subunits with highly branched structure consisting of linear backbone with3,6)-β-D-Galp-(1residues, substituted at C-6 by neutral side chains. This side chains contained2,5)-α-L-Araf-(1and3,5)-α-L-Araf-(1residues and terminal arabinose in the pyranose and furanose form. It was found that “pectin-Ag(0)” nanobiocomposites were formed via the interaction between PS aqueous solutions and silver nitrate, with PS playing both reducing and stabilizing functions. It was shown that the content of Ag(0) particles in “pectin-Ag(0)” depended on the reaction conditions and can range from 0.1 to 72 %, the size of Ag(0) particles being 3–27 nm. Using 13C NMR technique, it was revealed that PS underwent destructive changes and they they were more considerable, more than the lot of Ag(I) that was inputed into the reactionary medium.

Abstract-Synthesis of amine libraries from aldehydes via the liquid-phase parallel reductive amination with a simple scavenger (a Dowex resin) is described. Three parallel protocols are compared: reactions in well plates, SynCore apparatus, glass vials (without specific equipment). The presented detailed protocols can be useful for practical training of students.

Выявить основные тенденции в распределении групп крови по системам AB0 и Резус в зависимости от возраста, охарактеризовать изменение клеточного состава крови и биохимического профиля, ассоциированного с групповой принадлежностью крови исследуемых лиц. Материал и методы. В исследовании приняли участие 2 группы: контрольная, состоящая из 4988 человек, средний возраст которых составил 34±3 года, и группа сравнения-127 лиц молодого возраста (средний возраст-19±0,47 лет). Определяли групповую принадлежность крови по системам АВ0 и Резус, проводили гематологические исследования и оценку метаболического профиля. Оценивали вариации клеточного состава крови и метаболических показателей в зависимости от группы крови. Анализ полученных результатов и статистический расчёт проводился при помощи программного обеспечения Microsoft Office Excel 2016 и IBM SPSS Statictics 23. Результаты. Полученные данные свидетельствуют об изменении распределения групп крови: в контрольной группе преобладает A (II) группа крови, в группе сравнения-0 (I). Впервые среди обладателей AB (IV) группы крови не было выявлено Rh-отрицательных лиц. Установлены ассоциированные с групповой принадлежностью крови биологические вариации клеточного состава и биохимического профиля исследуемых лиц. Заключение. Групповая принадлежность крови является основой индивидуальных и групповых вариаций биологических показателей, что открывает новые перспективы в подходах персонализированной медицины. Изучение особенностей AB0-системы и ее вклад в поддержание гомеостаза организма человека представляет собой важную задачу для дальнейших исследований. A flow-injection system for analysis of urea and copper(II) ions based on the immobilized urease onto seven modified acrylonitrile copolymer membranes was studied. The most suitable ones for the both flow-injection analysis were selected. The urease systems with membranes modified with NaOH+2-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEM), NaOH+DMAEM+ethylene diamine (EDA) provided higher urea sensitivity and precision of the measurements (R=0.99 and RSD about 3%). The calibration curves for copper (II) ions show that the systems with urease immobilized on membrane modified with NaOH+EDA and hydrazinium sulfate (NH 2 NH 2 .H 2 SO 4) had the highest sensitivity to Cu(II). The detection limit of Cu(II) for these systems was 0.1 mg l-1. The correlation coefficient of the linear intervals (R=0.99) and standard deviation (about 4.5 %), which guarantees good reproductivity of the copper analysis. The operational stability of the flow system with membrane modified with NaOH+EDA for analysis of Cu(II) was studied. The investigated immobilized system reached 50% inhibition after 25 days. The stability of immobilized urease membrane during storage was determined. The FIA sensitivity was found to remain almost the same for 40 days. The inhibition effect caused by a mixture of Cu(II), Zn(II) and Ni(II) ions in model solution and real water was also determined.
