Anthurus archeri (Berk.) E. Fisch-зникаючий вид родини Phallaceae, включений до "Червоної книги України". Є рідкісним у Болгарії, Данії, Румунії. Метою роботи було визначення особливості росту А. archeri Sh01 як важливого етапу збереження виду методом ex-situ, зазначення нових природних локалітетів гриба на території Національного природного парку "Гуцульщина" методом in situ; та отримання результатів моніторингу відтворювальних ділянок, закладених методом re-situ для А. archeri у 2012-2015 рр. У результаті проведених досліджень встановлено мінливість морфологічних ознак міцеліальних колоній Anthurus archeri Sh01 залежно від складу агаризованих живильних середовищ: на КГА формуються розріджені, шерстисті або борошнисті нерівномірно забарвлені у молочно-жовтуваті тони колонії. Колоніям, отриманим на СА, властиві чіткі міцеліальні дендроподібні тяжі з діаметром у найтонших місцях 1 мм. Саме їх було використано в подальшому для ренатуралізаційних дій. Також визначено, що географія нових локалітетів гриба на території НПП «Гуцульщина» невпинно збільшується-зареєстровано 13 місцезростань, географічно віддалених один від одного на кілька кілометрів. При цьому зафіксовано високу ефективність відтворювальних дій щодо Anthurus archeri методом re-situ, зокрема виявлено щорічне плодоношення гриба в межах усіх моніторингових відтворювальних мікологічних ділянок, закладених у Національному природному парку «Гуцульщина», що свідчить про усунення загрози його зникнення в межах Парку.
