Properties of glued joints of D16-AT aluminum alloy with previously put adhesive priming covering EP-0214, received using glue-hermetic Elasil 137-175M are given. Stability of properties of glued joints, both without first coat, and with first coat EP-0214 is shown, is direct after pasting and after thermal aging at temperatures up to 250 °С, influences of water, tropical conditions. Application of priming covering allows to increase gap between anodizing and pasting operations and to increase corrosion resistance.
Data on the use of various types of silver filler in electrically conductive adhesive compositions are presented. The influence of form and size particles of silver filler on the conductive properties of adhesive bondline. The effect of surface treatment of conductive particles with surfactants, the component composition of the resin part and the curing conditions of conductive adhesive compositions on their microstructure and conductive properties is shown. An overview of the results of studies of the microstructure of conductive silver-containing adhesive compositions is given.
The use of various adhesives and adhesive binders in the composition of organoplastics is shown, as well as the use of adhesives for gluing structural elements made of organoplastics in the composition of products. Examples of the use of VK-3 film adhesive as part of VKO-20 and VKO-2TB organoplastics, VK-36RT adhesive as part of VKO-19, VKO-19L organoplastics, VSK-14-2m adhesive binder as part of VKO-24 organoplastics are given. The results of the use of VK-41M adhesive in the composition of the Alor D16/41 aluminum organoplastic and the use of this material in the An-124 aircraft are presented.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
