The article focuses on the ESG factors determining the activities of most companies in recent years. The relationship between ESG principles and the business reputation of a modern company has been indicated. Business reputation is found to be formed under the influence of a number of factors, among which a responsible attitude to the environment, social responsibility and the quality of corporate governance have come out in the first place in recent years. The analysis proved that the ESG principles are firmly entrenched abroad, the number of companies with an ESG rating is growing exponentially, and their profitability is increasing. It has been stated that the Russian business has not yet included ESG principles as mandatory parameters of active investment strategies. The emphasis is put on the relationship with stakeholders, since it is the stakeholders who evaluate the company's activities from the standpoint of the degree of satisfaction of their needs. The conducted analysis has proved that an assessment includes not only profit maximization and dividend growth, but also the results of social and environmentally responsible practices of companies. It has been inferred that there is a relationship between the sustainable development of the company, its business reputation, the creation of ethical values and taking into account the interests of stakeholders in the company's strategy. It is emphasized that ESGs become an instrument of active investment strategies and a tool that determines the business reputation of the company. The practice of responsible ESG investment has been illustrated, the role of institutional investors in the dissemination of this practice has been highlighted.
A review of foreign and Russian research on the problems of assessing the quality of education at the institutional level is undertaken. Various aspects of the problem including the cross-country and sub-national contexts, the impact of international comparative research about in-school assessment, and teachers’ training in working with assessment data are compared. The effect of regional policies on the development of internal education quality evaluation systems in Russian schools is studied through analyzing official departmental websites. Expert evaluation method and the concordance coefficient are used to determine the key factors of the internal quality assessment system in general education institutions. The authors go beyond the control and inspection paradigm of education quality management and consider said systems from the point of the information-analytical paradigm. Data-driven management involves using data analysis and interpretation to predict students’ progress and motivational choice of educational profiles to design the content of electronic educational environments and individual educational trajectories.

The article examines the state of digital divide in the Krasnodar Region in advanced and lagging cities. The authors have selected the most relevant areas where the introduction of digital technologies is of the first priority: state and municipal administration, the banking sector, the personnel market and others. The problems of their digitalization are identified. Recommendations for the use of regional marketing as a tool to overcome the digital divide have been developed. Regional administrations, business leaders and opinion leaders shall develop digital demand, form the population’s skills and competencies in the effective use of the Internet, improve the quality of human capital and a creative innovative environment, primarily by promoting existing projects, courses, various training programs to improve digital literacy, digitalization of business structures, increase the demand for infocommunication technologies. Digital technologies have become a significant factor in the overall perceived quality of the urban environment. They are becoming one of the key instruments for the competition of cities and regions on the national and global markets of human capital, helping to attract, develop and retain successful, ambitious, innovative people, those who are able to give a new impetus to regional socio-economic development.
