RESUMO -Os processos industriais cada vez mais automatizados utilizam uma grande quantidade de óleo para viabilizar suas atividades, como no caso das usinas termelétricas. Sendo assim, a geração de resíduos oleosos decorrentes da manutenção e limpeza de peças, pisos e equipamentos eleva a preocupação das empresas com relação ao meio ambiente e à saúde dos trabalhadores. Dessa maneira, alternativas tecnológicas sustentáveis são pretendidas pelo mercado, afim de garantir a limpeza sem comprometer a eficiência o bem estar dos trabalhadores. Neste trabalho, foram utilizados diferentes solventes e surfactantes naturais combinados para remoção de óleo pesado (OCB1) de superfícies oleosas. As formulações testadas apresentaram índices de remoção de 100 % do óleo OCB1, enquanto que para os detergentes comerciais foi de 42,5% de remoção do óleo. Assim, os resultados obtidos demonstram que as pré-formulações dos biodetergentes foram superiores aos detergentes utilizados comercialmente, apresentando-se como produtos promissores para utilização industrial. INTRODUÇÃOA produção de energia elétrica em usinas termelétricas a óleo apresenta um impacto sócio ambiental controlado. Em várias partes do sistema de geração, tais como no carregamento do óleo combustível, na lubrificação dos motores e equipamentos, dentre outros, ocorrem vazamentos que são controlados pela equipe de operação e manutenção.No entanto, algumas atividades ainda resultam em impactos aos operadores e ao meio ambiente, como por exemplo, a lavagem de peças, pisos e máquinas da usina impregnadas com resíduos de óleo. Os produtos atualmente utilizados nessa lavagem são de natureza sintética, apresentando alto grau de toxicidade, gerando resíduos agressivos ao meio ambiente, além de gerar condições insalubres de trabalho aos envolvidos nesse tipo de atividade (Santos et al., 2016).Diante dessa realidade, a utilização de compostos surfactantes de origem natural apresentase como uma alternativa bastante promissora, tendo em vista que tais compostos permitem a

Uma possível solução consiste no uso de agente tensoativo naturais com características surfactante, detergente, emulsionante, e capacidade molhante, biodegradável e atóxico. Assim, coletaram-se diferentes plantas, as quais foram submetidas a várias etapas de extração. A tensão superficial da solução contendo o extrato vegetal, a emulsão, toxicidade, dispersão de óleo e a limpeza de superfície oleosa foram analisadas no filtrado obtido. Os resultados dos experimentos, demonstram viabilidade de aplicação dos biossurfactantes vegetais em processos de remedição ambiental.
