Юго-Западно-Гиссарский регион является одним из пяти нефтегазоносных регионов Республики Узбекистан с доказанной промышленной продуктивностью на нефть и газ карбонатных отложений средне-верхеюрского возраста. Приводятся общий обзор по региону, история геолого-геофизической изученности, литолого-стратиграфическая характеристика разрезов, тектоническое строение, нефтегазоносность. Кратко освещены стратиграфическая и тектоническая приуроченность месторождений, их фазовый состав. Рассматриваются история освоения региона, результаты геологоразведочных работ, в том числе проводимых инвесторами, количество открытых месторождений, их ранжирование по типам флюидов, степени освоения. Выделены приоритетные стратиграфические комплексы пород и территории для дальнейшего размещения геологоразведочных работ. Нефтегазоперспективы региона обосновываются наличием ловушек, а также перспективными и прогнозными ресурсами углеводородного сырья. Показаны прогнозные ресурсы углеводородного сырья по стратиграфическим комплексам: средне-верхнеюрского и нижне-среднеюрского возрастов, что свидетельствует о целесообразности планирования дальнейших геологоразведочных работ на нефть и газ в Юго-Западно-Гиссарском регионе Республики Узбекистан. Геологические исследования Описываемый регион в географическом отношении расположен в горной области с абсолютными высотами до 2500 м и представляет собой юго-западные отроги Гиссарского хребта (рис. 1). Геологическая съемка. Территория Юго-Западно-Гиссарского региона (ЮЗГР) отличается от других регионов Узбекистана очень хорошей обнаженностью мезозойских и кайнозойских отложений. На многочисленных обнажениях этих отложений изучены их литолого-стратиграфические, фациальные и структурные особенности. Геологические исследования в пределах ЮЗГР выполняются со второй половины XIX века. Начало им положил И.В. Мушкетов (1879 г.). В конце XIX -начале XX веков геологические исследования носили маршрутный характер (В.Н. Вебер, 1897 г.;
The Surkhandarya region is one of the five petroleum bearing regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with proven oil and gas production in the stratigraphic range from the Middle Upper Jurassic to the Upper Paleogeone, inclusive. The article provides a general overview of the region, the history of geological and geophysical exploration, lithological and stratigraphic characteristics of sections, tectonic structure, oil and gas content. The stratigraphic and tectonic confinement of accumulations and their phases composition are given. The history of the development of the region is considered, the results of geological petroleum exploration, including those carried out by investors, the number of petroleum discoveries, their ranking by types of fluids, and the degree of development are presented. The priority stratigraphic structures and territories for further petroleum exploration have been identified. Further oil and gas prospects of the region are justified by the presence of promising traps, as well as predictedand promising hydrocarbon resources. The forecasted resources of hydrocarbon raw materials are given for stratigraphic sections: Middle-Upper Jurassic, Lower Cretaceous, Upper Cretaceous and Paleogene age, which indicates the expediency of carrying out prospecting petroleum exploration in the Surkhandarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
