This article discusses the procedure regarding the coefficient prediction of burden element distribution between smelting products based on integral parameters of the burden and thermal blasting mode for calculation of chemical composition of cast iron and slag under current operation conditions of blast furnaces in Ukraine. New estimation indicators of thermal gas dynamic mode are proposed, which can be applied for the prediction of composition and properties of final smelting products. The performed analysis of blast furnace indicators and analytical estimation of final slag melts for process conditions of blast furnaces confirmed the validity of the application of the proposed integral indicators of burden and estimations of thermal gas dynamic mode in the developed Expert system of selection of optimum composition of multicomponent blast furnace burden.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
