The article deals with the main current global trends in the quality of education. The legislative basis for the introduction and application of the procedures of professional and public accreditation, as an approach to the recognition of the quality and level of training of graduates meeting the requirements of professional standards, the requirements of the labor market to professionals, workers and employees of the relevant profile. The organization of professional and public accreditation of professional educational programs, the principles of formation of the expert group, the requirements and criteria for its implementation.
The article considers the main factors of implementation of the project of transition to a digital economy. The main targets of the program "Digital economy of the Russian Federation". We have identified real problems that arise and may arise at the Federal level, as well as at the level of individual regions and educational organizations. Target models of the digital educational environment are highlighted. The main directions of the Concept of forming the digital educational environment of the Samara region until 2022 are considered. Various approaches are systematized and two main models of embedding e-learning in the educational process are defined.
