The issues of crimes commission in the sphere of banking activity in Ukraine are highlighted. It is emphasized that crimes in banking activity are systematically committed by the public officials of the state. Such actions committed by the public officials cause the losses to the Ukrainian economy in the specially big amount. In the last two years, the socially dangerous consequences of these acts for the state economy are calculated by hundreds of millions of hryvnias. The defendants of these resonant criminal cases are the heads of banking institutions and senior public officials, as well as the officials of the National Bank of Ukraine. Moreover, the losses of these crimes cannot be compensated to the state economy, since the money laundered are placed for a long time in offshore areas outside the state. The conclusion is fomulated that current criminal legislation of Ukraine should be amended. First, there is the social need for criminalization of the socially dangerous actions committed by the public officials in banking sphere. Second, the study of the criminal legislation of the separate countries demonstrates that criminal liability of the legal persons for commission of the criminal offences in the sphere of banking activity is an effective measure to prevent the negative effects of the criminal threats. So this liability should also be introduced in Ukraine. Third, negligent crimes in the sphere of banking activities should also be criminalized, because an absence of such criminal prohibilion leads to the negligent behavior of the bank managers and to the socially dangerous results.
The new rolling roof fairing installed in the tractor non-bonnet cab main train layout constructing are given. After analyzingexisting exhausting elements installed on the tractor highway trailer and a large number of roof rails, it has been substantiatedthe expediency of installing a movable rope on the tractor roof, which can change the angle of the trailer airflow link with thecombination of two movements - vertical and horizontal. The combination of these movements enables to change the parametersof streamline. For this purpose, the basic hydraulic control scheme is designed, which has a number of advantages:the starting units movements smoothness, the ability to continuously adjust the speed in a wide range, low inertia, simplicityof management and automation, high operational reliability and resistance to overload. Due to the modern capabilities anddevelopment of sophisticated electronic control systems through the introduction of such a system in the control process ofhydraulic cylinders can ensure the system reliability, efficiency, ergonomics and safety equipment.
Problems in designing hydraulic brake systems of cars have been analyzed. The study of the braking process has conductedconsidering the distribution of forces on the axles during braking. The general support model research and support geometriccharacteristics are developed. The calculation of the car brake system has been conducted that enables to determine the load onthe caliper during the braking process and using graphic dependencies, and to determine the concentration of maximumstresses in the mounting areas of the support. Based on analytical studies in the Autodesk Fusion 360 3D Modeling program,a design has been implemented that features a smaller metal capacity at the expense of rational design and providing uniformstrength across the entire surface. Adaptive technologies also significantly accelerate the production of new parts due to thelack of need for the production of auxiliary equipment, such as molds.
The article gives the theoretical substantiation of the forces determination that arise during the steerable vehicle wheel with chassis dynamometer interaction taking into account the wheels angles setting in relation to the longitudinal, vertical and transverse vehicle axes. The transition from mobile to fixed coordinate system using Euler angles is considered. The transitions comparison from the stationary coordinate system to the moving one in the system an aircraft axes and ship axes. It made it possible to move to the fixed coordinate system for a steerable vehicle wheel. A table of transition between moving and stationary reference systems has been made. The table provides an opportunity to determine the projections of forces that arise when the steerable vehicle wheel is interacting with the bearing surface when the angles of its installation are relative to the frame, are changed.
