Job sheet Media learning is in a very decent category, with an average score of 93.5. Electric circuit trainer-based Cooperative learning is rated very useful for basic electrical and electronics practice with an average n-gain score of 0.77.
Forest plays an important role to support a global environment. Currently, forest degradation occurs in developing countries. Therefore, the excellent strategies to against the forest degradation must be found. One of the best solutions is understanding the information of vegetation condition. Here, the objective of this paper was to apply a method as the assessment of vegetation monitoring using satellite data in the integration of conservation education forest at great forest Wan Abdul Rachman in Lampung Province, Indonesia. In this study, normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) was used, completed with satellite data (namely MODIS). This technique helps in monitoring vegetation status. Data NDVI from MODIS satellite data showed that forest area decrease very small from 2000-2017. The data was obtained for June, July, and the end of September.
A simulation is needed to observe and indicate how much preventive measures influence the pandemic flow, controlling and stopping it. This study <span>succeeded in making a stochastic susceptible infected recovered deceased (SIRD) simulation using Python programming language to determine the effectiveness of prevention methods such as masks policy, social distancing, vaccination, quarantine, and lockdown. Every preventive measure is modeled based on an equivalent actual event and every essential aspect that affects the course of the pandemic. A person is represented as a circle moving freely in two-dimensional space, and disease spreads through person-to-person contact. This simulator then tested using parameters to simulate COVID-19 and found significant results between communities that implement preventive measures and those that do not. We found that within 106 days, 284 people were infected, but when five preventive methods are applied for a total of 33 days, only 31 people were infected. Adequate to simulate epidemic events and their prevention measures, this simulator can also be used as a learning tool with factors in epidemic events such as population density, mobility, infection rate, disease mortality, and every effect of each preventive measure. Users can change and influence the simulation course using interactive and straightforward software tools.</span>
<span lang="EN-US">Traffic jam that is resulted from the buildup of vehicles on the road has become an important problem, which leads to an interference with drivers. The impacts it has on cost and time effectiveness may take the form of increased fuel consumption, traffic emissions, and noise. This paper offers a solution by creating a smart traffic light using a fuzzy-logic-based microcontroller for a greater adaptability of the traffic light to the dynamics of the vehicles that are to cross the intersection. The ATMega2560 microcontroller-based smart traffic light is designed to create a breakthrough in the breakdown of congestions at road junctions, thereby optimizing the real-time happenings in the road. Ultrasonic, infrared, and light sensors are used in this smart traffic light, resulting in the smart traffic light’s effectiveness in parsing jams. The four sets of sensors that are placed in four sections determine the traffic light timing process. When the length of vehicle queue reaches the sensor, a signal is sent as the microcontroller’s digital input. Ultrasonic and infrared sensors can reduce congestions at traffic lights by giving a green light time when one or all of the sensors are active so that the vehicle congestions can be relieved.</span>
This study aims to produce a product in the form of an Android-based apprenticeship information system in the Department of Electronics Industry, Vocational Secondary School (SMK) Negeri 1 Cikande. The development model used is a Waterfall with a software development method that has four stages: (1) Systems Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Programming, and (4) Testing. The test subjects consisted of 2 teachers and 24 students with data collection techniques in the form of literature and questionnaire studies. Media expert data collection has two aspects, namely: visual appearance and communication, while the user contains three points, including accuracy, visual communication, and data input. The results of user trial through questionnaires distributed to teachers obtained a value of 78.7% and students at 79.86% can be declared feasible. The implication of the results of this study is an Android application that is used by teachers, supervisors, and students for industrial work activities in the Department of Electronics Industry, SMK Negeri 1 Cikande, to make it faster, easier, and more efficient in conducting the internship process. Keywords: Implications, Research and Development, Trial Results, Waterfall.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa sistem informasi prakerin berbasis Android di Jurusan Elektronika Industri SMK Negeri 1 Cikande. This study aims to determine the extent of the contribution of electricity education and training programs organized by vocational training centers in overcoming an unemployment problem. This research was conducted using the Context Input Process Product (CIPP) model evaluation approach. This research was designed by determining the classification of the success of the program implementation into 4 categories, namely, Very Good, Good, Poor, and Very Poor. The research data is presented in quantitative descriptive so that the obtained information can be understood easily. Based on the findings refer to the CIPP model, the aspect of the context in implementing the program was considered to be very good. Meanwhile, the Input, Process, and Product Aspects are in a good category. Thus, in general, the implementation of the Vocational Training Centers or Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Education and training program in the electricity sector can be said to run well and sufficiently contribute to overcoming an unemployment problem.
