In HCl gelöstes CrCl2 ‐4H2O liefert beim Erhitzen mit den Ammoniumchloriden die high‐spin Cr(I1)‐Komplexe (I), die bei thermischer Dehydratation antiferromagneti‐ sches (‐IIa) bzw. ferromagnetisches (IIb) liefern.
≤ 4.5% are prepared by a sol-gel method from aqueous solutions of the metal nitrates followed by sintering at 840-866°C for 10 h. The samples are characterized by XRD, IR and Raman spectroscopy, electrical resistivity and magnetic measurements.
