<p>This research aims to understand the influence of profitability, capital structure, cash holding, and GCG (Good Corporate Governance) on firm value. The samples of this study were the property sector and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2008-2013. The data used from the annual report company. The methods of data analysis were multiple regression models and analyzed using IBM SPSS software. The results of this study are profitability has no influence on firm value, capital structure has positive influence on firm value, cash holding has no influence on firm value and GCG a has a positive influence on firm value.</p>
The purpose of this research was to determine effect of growth gross domestic product, inflation, exchange rate, capital adequacy ratio, return on assets, operating expenses to operating revenues and bank size on financing risk (NPF) of Sharia Banks period 2012-2015. The data that use in this research is the secondary data, that is financial statement of Sharia Banks in Indonesia period 2012-2015. The sampling method that used in this research are purposive sampling and data analysis model used is the multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research show that simultaneous each external and internal bank factor have influence on the NPF. But partially, showed that eksternal factor, namely growth gross domestic product, inflation and exchange rate have no influence on the NPF. While from the internal bank showed capital adequacy ratio and operating expenses to operating revenues have no influence, return on assets have a negative influence and bank size have a positive influence on the NPF.
Many studies have been conducted in connection with revealing the determinants of a banking crisis but nothing addresses the exact causes of the crisis. This study aims at developing a model to discern a banking crisis prediction using Crisis and Default Index. The prediction was for 2015-2016 periods involving 21 variables that were classified into five major categories namely macroeconomic, internal banking condition, institutional quality, global aspect, and good corporate governance. Results showed that internal banking condition became the most influential factor toward the probability of existing banking crisis. Another finding depicted that management quality, ROE, BOPO, and LDR positively affected a banking crisis, therefore, the higher the values of the four elements, the higher the probability of the occurred banking crisis.

AbstractThis research aims to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, profitability, coverage, and firm size with auditor's reputation as a moderating to bond rating of banking firm which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and rated by PT Pefindo period 2004 to 2013. In this research the sample were 176 bond which issued by banking firms. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling method, whereas the method of analysis used logistic regression analysis. This research shows that profitability, growth, and firm size have an effect on bond rating. In the other hand, leverage, liquidity, and coverage have no effect on bond rating. Meanwhile auditor's reputation as a moderation variable did not affect to strengthening or weakening the effect between profitability and bond rating.
