Discipline is really important to be possessed by every student. The students who are able to be discipline will obey the whole rules that have been already designed by the school. If the students can follow them successfully, a good lesson condition will be created and the students will be able to increase their achievement in learning. In fact, most of students in SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP Padang could not obey the school rules, for examples, be late to school, hang out in the canteen out of school at lesson time, and at the rest time they smoke in the school canteen.The counselor teacher has given some services needed in order the students can obey the school rules. Therefore, the researcher was necessary to do a research about the students discipline in school and the implication of counseling services in SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP, as a purpose to get a clear description toward the students’ discipline performance and also the implication of counseling services. This is a descriptive research that is aimed to describe students’ discipline at school and the implication of counseling services. The population is the whole students in grade X, XI and XII amount 671 students in SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. The sample is 73 students. The technique of data collection is questionnaires that reveal the students discipline at school, then, the data collected will be analyzed with percentage technique. The finding of the research uncover that discipline at school is in good categorize, namely, 1) tidiness discipline, 2) diligence discipline, 3) lesson time setting discipline. Whereas, discipline at school is in good enough categorize, such as, 1) cleanliness environment discipline, 2) behavior discipline. The factors supported the students discipline at school is in good categorize, like, 1) themselves, 2) contemporary friends. Whereas, the factors supported the students discipline at school is in good enough categorize.Based on the finding of the research, it is suggested to the counselor teachers to identify the causes of students discipline violation at school by giving counseling services, namely, individual counseling services and cluster counseling services, and defend the good efforts with increase the lack effort in materials, methods, media, and time of lesson guidance. Vocational high School is a form of secondary education that organizes educational programs that are oriented towards the development of skills in accordance with the vocational field of students. Found, in the field of many students who are interested in continuing education to vocational high school rather than high school, students want to proceed to SMK because they want to work fast and most practice rather than with theory. There are also students who have a perception that vocational graduates can not continue to the college. Interest is a sense of love and interest in something or activity, with no one to tell. One factor that affects interest is the socio-economic status. This research is a correlational descriptive type study with quantitative methods. Sample quantities of 219 students were selected using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The research instruments used are the social status questionnaire and the student interest questionnaire. The results revealed that (1) the social economic status of students of SMP N 22 Padang is in the low category (2) the interest of students are in the category of interested (3) there is a significant negative relationship between socio-economic status with the interest of students At SMP N 22 Padang. Based on research findings, it is advisable to the school teacher BK/counsellor to provide guidance and counseling services, which are orientation services, information services, placement and distribution services, individual counselling services and Group guidance in order to help students who have problems in their advanced school selection and the economic status of their parents.
Bullying behavior in the school environment can create an atmosphere that is less supportive of student development, both in the academic and social fields. Bullying is an act of violence that is carried out physically, verbally, socially or cyber bullying which hurts other students, usually affects people who are weak. One of the causes of bullying is rigid discipline. This study aims to see a picture of student bullying behavior, school discipline, and to examine the relationship between school discipline and bullying behavior. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and correlational approaches. The study population was students of SMP Negeri 26 Padang, amounting to 502 students, with a sample of 223 students who were selected by simple random sampling technique. Data collection using the Likert scale model instrument. To see the relationship between the two variables using Pearson Correlation Product Moment. The results of this study found: 1) School discipline was in the medium category with a percentage of 45.3%, 2) the majority of students' bullying behavior was in the moderate category with a percentage of 49.8% 3) there was a significant negative relationship between school discipline and bullying behavior with rxy = - 0.498 and a significant level of 0.000. These results indicate that the majority of students at SMP Negeri 26 Padang have moderate school discipline and the majority have moderate bullying behavior.
Hukum adalah nilai sekaligus pedoman praktis manusia dan masyarakat dalam mengatur dinamika kehidupan dan interaksi sosial. Walaupun demikian pentingnya arti sebuah hukum di masyarakat, bukan berarti hukum lalu menjadi sesuatu yang berdiri sendiri dalam perkembangannya. Hukum pada dasarnya juga memerlukan perangkat kuat di luar dirinya untuk pelaksanaannya. Artinya, harus ada kekuatan yang mampu mengatur dan menjamin hukum untuk bisa hidup di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Oleh karenanya, hukum menjadi sesuatu yang kental dengan perbenturan tanpa henti dengan kehendak-kehendak zaman dimana hukum tersebut ada. Refleksi seperti inilah yang ingin dibangun oleh penulis artikel ini dalam memotret perjalanan hukum Islam selama masa kerajaan Banjar di era Sultan Tahmidullah (1761-1801) dan Sultan Adam (1825-1857).
