Dünya ve Türkiye gündemine 2019 yılı sonu itibariyle giren Covid-19 salgınının etkisi halen devam etmektedir. Salgının kontrol altına alınması ve günlük hayata ilişkin asgari yaşam şartlarının sağlanması, ülkelerin gündemlerini meşgul etmektedir. Söz konusu salgın başta ekonomi olmak üzere, sosyal hayat ve eğitim alanlarında etkisini göstermiştir. Eğitim alanında yaşanan problemlerin üstesinden gelebilmek için ülkeler bazında farklı politikalar uygulanmış, uzaktan eğitim planlamaları yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma, gelişmiş ülkelerin salgın sürecindeki eğitim uygulamalarını, uzaktan eğitim planlanması ve yönetim yaklaşımları temelinde ele almaktadır. Çalışmaya kaynaklık edecek örneklem büyük olduğu için gelişmiş ülkelerden beş tanesi (Almanya, Belçika, Fransa, İngiltere, Kanada) seçilerek sınırlar belirlenmiştir. Çalışmaya ait veriler kaynak tarama (Alan Araştırması) yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sürecinde istenen bilgilere ulaşmak için ikincil veri kaynakları (istatistikler, kitaplar, raporlar, makale, gazete, belge, tutanak) kullanılmıştır.
Günümüzde küçük ve orta ölçekli kurumlar ağırlıklı olmak üzere, birçok kurum ve şirket tarafından İçerik Yönetim Sistemleri (İYS) yaygın bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Bunun altında yatan gerekçeler incelendiğinde, maliyet-performans ilişkisine dayalı verilerle karşılaşılmaktadır. Fakat bu sistemlerin yaygın bir şekilde kullanılması dijital dünyada dikkat çekmeye başladığı andan itibaren tehdit unsurları da artmış bulunmaktadır. Bu sistemler, bağlantılı güvenlik açıklarından yararlanmak isteyen bilgisayar korsanlarının toplu saldırı hedefleridirler. Düzenli bakım yapılmadığında, risk analizlerine göre bir güvenlik çerçevesi çizilmediğinde, teknik anlamda yeterli olmayan bir şirket veya serbest çalışanlar (freelance) tarafından geliştirildiğinde; WordPress sitesi için aynı sağlamlık ve güvenilirlik geçerli olmayabilir. Bu çalışma için örnek bir Web İYS oluşturulmuş, içerik ve verileri bekleyen tehlikeler ele alınmış, oluşan problemlere yanıt aranmaya çalışılmış, verileri korumak ve riskleri en aza indirgemek için bu yanıtlar ışığında elde edilen bulgulardan faydalanılarak bir sonuç değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Özellikle güvenlik çerçevesi üzerinde durularak, veri koruma noktasında neler yapılması gerektiğine dair ana hatlar belirlenmiştir.
Kısa başlık: PAÜ Hastaneleri polikliniklerinin hastalara göre kümeleme analiziyle gruplanması. ÖzAmaç: Son yıllarda sağlık sektöründe üçüncü basamak hastanelerden tanı ve tedaviye yönelik beklenen multidisipliner yaklaşım hizmetleri giderek artmaktadır. Bu durum hastanelerde birden fazla birime müracaat gerektirmekte, bu da hastaların sonuca ulaşmada aşırı zaman kaybetmelerine ve tanı/tedavilerde gecikmelere neden olmaktadır. Bu sürecin kısaltılmasının ilk ve kolay yöntemlerinden birisi benzerlik gösteren ve iş birliği gerektiren bölümlerin birbirlerine yakın konumlandırılmasıdır.Bu çalışmada Pamukkale Üniversitesi Hastanelerinde hasta gruplarına, tanılara ve işlem türlerine göre farklılık ve benzerlik gösteren hastane bölümlerinin ortaya konulması, belirlenen ihtiyaçlarına göre de çözüm önerilerinin tanımlanması amaçlanmıştır.Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışma kümeleme analizi yöntemiyle 2019 yılında hastaneye gelmiş olan toplam 717.771 hasta üzerinden gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yirmi dokuz bölüme ait 9 farklı değişken (hasta sayısı, ortalama yaş, kanser hastaları oranı, mavi kart hasta oranı, kas iskelet sistemi ve bağ dokusu hastalıkları tanı grubuna dâhil hasta oranı, dolaşım sistemi hastalıkları tanı grubuna dâhil hasta oranı, genitoüriner sistem hastalıkları tanı grubuna dâhil hasta oranı, laboratuvar incelemesine giden hasta oranı ve radyolojik görüntülemeye giden hasta oranı) bilgisi kullanılarak toplam 9 adet küme bilgisi elde edilmiştir.
