Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı, COVID-19 pandemisinde hemşirelik son sınıf öğrencilerinin kariyer endişeleri ve iş umutlarının belirlenmesidir. Bireyler ve Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı türde olan çalışma, 91 hemşirelik son sınıf öğrencisi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Yetişkin Kariyer Endişeleri Ölçeği Kısa Formu ve İş Umudu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler online olarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS 26.0 paket programında tanımlayıcı istatistikler, bağımsız örneklem t testi, One way Anova testi, pearson korelasyon testi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Katılımcıların yaş ortalaması 22,6±1,35 yıldır ve %75,8’i kadındır. Katılımcıların %59,3’ü teorik bilgisini kısmen yeterli bulurken, %27,5’i yetersiz bulmuştur. Ayrıca katılımcıların %53,8’i uygulama becerilerini yetersiz bulmuştur. Kariyer endişeleri toplam puan ortalaması 31,1±7,42 ve iş umudu toplam puan ortalaması 105,7±20,88 olarak belirlenmiştir. Gelir düzeyi ile kariyer endişeleri ve iş umudu arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı sonuç bulunmuştur. Ayrıca uzaktan eğitim için uygun ortama sahip olmayan ve uygulama becerini yetersiz olarak değerlendiren katılımcıların daha fazla kariyer endişesi yaşadığı belirlenmiştir. Korelasyon analizine göre ise kariyer endişeleri ve iş umutları arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur (r = -0,323; p= 0,002). Sonuç: Yapılan çalışmada pandemi döneminde eğitim alan hemşirelik son sınıf öğrencilerinin kariyer endişelerinin ve iş umutlarının ortalamanın üzerinde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Katılımcıların kariyer endişelerinin artmasına rağmen iş umutlarının yüksek olması olumlu bir durum olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda, pandemi döneminde mezun olan hemşirelerle çalışacak yöneticilere yaşam boyu öğrenme odaklı gelişim programları hazırlamaları ve oryantasyon sürelerini eğitimde ortaya çıkan aksaklıklar göz önünde bulundurularak planlanmaları önerilmektedir.
